And do you really think people will bother buying "low efficiency" bms while a better one is available ? It'll be a total replacement. People will save a bit more to increase their efficiency. The black medalion works correctly. I'm pretty sure of it. I have used a lot of them. Throughout my playtime I farmed a bunch of H.A. Pokemons so I can say that the % is correct. But if you want to give the proof that it's not, we need to do it on a large sample where the percentage-error will be 0.1% to the maxima. If you want to have a really high accuracy on the final statistics. We'll need to do check any encounter throughout ~10.000 encounters without skipping one ! Then we'll have a more accurate statistics that we can use and not just "suggest". This'll be a great idea but it'll take lot of time as well.

25% is not rare at all imo. This game is claimed to be a MMORPG where you have to grind. If you really want the h.a. pokemon, whether you buy it or you lower your standards if you have the OT Pride fiber. I hunted for 3 weeks Gardevoir and not even with h.a. All my hidden ability hunts on tier 8 took me less than this time. It's all due to luck and that's what I don't want to change. Oh and people will ONLY buy this kind of BMS so it wont be an add-on but a replacement

The Black Medalion doesn't fail. You have to understand that it takes effect even on the Pokemons you mechanically skip because you're not interested in them. Having 10 Snivy and only 1 Hidden Ability doesn't mean the BMS is broken. Let's take an example : 1.000 Pokemons Encountered BMS 25% h.a. which means that you've encountered 250 hidden ability Pokemons And in those 250 they were 100 Rattata, 90 Raticate, 30 Chansey, 19 Jynx and 1 Snivy. You just encountered the 9 other Snivy among the 750 others non h.a. Pokemons. Conclusion ? The Black Medalion is working, no doubt about it. The Hidden Ability hunt should remain a bit hard, and farming it at a rate of 25% is way enough for me. Hope you understood my opinion :)

Magikarp seller, boss rewards shiny chances are 1/4096 and even increased if you take the shiny chance (not sure about that one tho, but i'm sure it is higher than 1/8192). Shinies are to be rare, you just said it : "It doesn't change anything but the sprite". There are a lot of players so barely any pokemon has been shiny at least once. Your idea will decrease the value of shinies. I am fond of shinies too, but I disagree on your idea. Hope you got my mind :D -1

So you're gonna catch a random trash tier 9 pokemon without even trying to farm because 1 encounter will be enough to reroll iv & ability ? That will be even worse than adding the "0" IV

Oh ! You forgot that Foul Play's damage will be lowered if you're doing it against a 0 ATK opponent :)

Thing is that in official game, breeding allows you to manipulate the IVs which you can't do here. As the IVs are full random in PRO, the difficulty will increase even more to find an epic Pokemon. It already takes few hours to find a 20+ IV pokemon, even if it's a tier 1. There's some stuff that don't exist here and wont, that exists in main games. Imo, PRO should not aim for being a "MMO-Copy" of main games. Hope you understood my opinion :)

It always starts with a terrifying howl that shrills into the dark night and never stops until the sun rises. But this week, a team of teenagers wanted to know the truth about this phenomenon. Each of them was holding a flashlight, various weapons to respond to agressions, some food products and beverages. The closer they came towards the abandoned house, the more intense the howling was as if the unknown presence wanted to defend its territory. A sudden scream startled everyone, but it was just their comrade which has been stroked by a tree’s leaf. She apologized for her cowardize but they all told us they felt the same. Finally, they were arrived in front of the house’s doorway. They all took a deep breath and opened together the squeaking doorway. It was an heavy one ! When itw as finally opened, they saw shadows drawing threatening forms on the ground, trees seemed to embrace them with ferocity, the wind was strong and the floor wasn’t secure. The surrounding bushes were trimed as Ghost and Dark Pokemons, and they were well-maintained as if someone wanted to perpetrate the tradition of this creepy howl. Suddenly, one of the flashlight turned off…but it wasn’t because of battery, the teenager yelled « WAAAAH ! ». His flashlight has been stolen from his bare hand ! A slip of saliva flowed on it. The head of the team continued to advance with his friends on the alley. Few steps later, another guy from the team had been hit by the unidentified enemy, at least they didn’t know yet… So they still were on their way towards the house. We don’t want to hurt you, you must have your own reasons to defend your house. But please come to us, please eat a bit you must be hungry. » The golden Poochyena approached, he was wounded, really thin, and had a tough dirty fur. They brought him with them, took care of him… And it’s only later that they knew the truth about this Poochyena. His master has been killed because robbers wanted to steal it from him, shiny market is something valuable in this world. The Pokemon was hidden in the false-rear of his dog house, and only hang out the next-day to discover his master’s dead body. Since that time, he cried his master’s death the day of the week he has been killed. A month later, they all found a letter on their mailbox : "Give us the shiny, or you'll end like his ugly fat master"
