  5. Hi there. The only pokemon I can find close to your description are two Larvitars. Larvitar 1 -Adamant, Guts -250 Attack 252 Speed EVs -Level 62 Larvitar 2 -Adamant, Sand Veil -Level 56 Could one of these be the pokemon in question?

  7. Hi there. I've checked your Party, PC and your trade logs and it doesn't seem that you ever had a Larvitar/Tyranitar. Do you happen to know the ID of said pokemon? Also, did the server crash/go down any time close to when you lost it?

  14. Hi there. You have a chance to get a Deep Sea Scale or Tooth from this quest. Since he got a scale, he'll have to get the deep sea tooth elsewhere. He can acquire a deep sea tooth from Love Island's Rock Smash Crystals. Please take note that your Rock Smash Pokemon must have 220+ happiness and that a pickaxe will not work.   15. Hi there. HP <Type> Refers to the type that Hidden Power will have when it is used by a certain pokemon. You may check the Hidden Power of your pokemon with the Psychics in Pokecenters. You can also take a screenshot of the IVs of your pokemon and do ^hp <photo> in #bot-commands in our Official PRO Discord.

  19. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

  21. Hi there. Unfortunately we cannot act without proof of your deal. There also aren't logs of you being traded the CCs in the first place or you even paying for them. Therefore, unfortunately, I can't fulfill your request. I'm really sorry but I hope you understand.   22. Hi there. Please do note that seen data is different from caught data. Seen data simply makes it so the pokemon is no longer grayed out in your pokedex. However, if you have the caught data of a pokemon, it'll have a pokeball icon on it on your pokedex. Please take note of this when trying to do legendary quests.

  24. Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have.   25. Hi there. With regards to crashing, there is no way you could've gotten his pokemon and not the item on it. It's either all or nothing. Upon checking your trade logs, there also doesn't seem to be a log of you trading money for a pokemon without an item. If ever you have been scammed by a player (By being traded a pokemon without the item after a deal), please upload screenshots of your deal and report said player in the Report Center. Please do note that staff cannot act without valid proof. Let me know if you need further help.
