Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

Hi there. Unfortunately, HM Fly does not allow you to fly between cities. It is not coded to work out of battle. This is to fulfill PRO's purpose of being an MMO, which means you'll have to grind for most of your items. Sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you understand!

Hi there. As stated in my first response, PRO will not be available to Apple for quite a while. We don't have plans for support Apple as of now. Nevertheless, I would just like to clarify that PRO is run by volunteers and pokemon fans. We do not gain profit from this, proceeds are used for the development of better servers. Hello there! If you are banned, you should be able to check the reason in the Dashboard. Furthermore, bans should not be discussed in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not performed without proper evidence. Hi there. That isn't a bug. You can only Dive once you have Dive so you cannot skip parts of the story by buying a pokemon with Dive. You need to be able to go through the story and reach the point wherein you'll be needing Dive. Please be sure to acquire this at Mossdeep City Space Center 1F before attempting to Dive.

Hi there. First of all, welcome back. Now, some changes have been made regarding that quest. First you'll have to get the Dragon Medalion from the Dragon Club in Blackthorn City. You can do this by doing all the quests given by the quest master after paying 200k to become a Dragon Member. Afterwards, interact with the Dragonite in B1F and he should battle you. Defeat him and proceed inside the cave. Here, you will find Lance. After beating him, you should be able to unlock Cerulean Cave once again. Hi there. You are really not meant to reach that area. There is nothing of use in that area and you also cannot surf in that lake above the Waterfall. Nevertheless, I've let our Mappers though.
