  6. Hi there. Sorry for the delay in response. Can you try to reinstall the app on your phone? Please don't forget to uninstall and delete all your old PRO files. Also, you can actually change the resolution of your screen on the options tab in the login page of PRO. If there are no further resolutions, then that is the resolution that your phone sees fit for your device.

  9. Hi there. Please take note that you can only dive in areas that are dark blue and glimmer with green. When you interact with areas like these, it'll also give you a prompt to pick your Dive pokemon. Below is an example of a 'Dive' area. Hopefully this has clarified things for you.   10. Hi there. Unfortunately this is because it is trying to evolve to Umbreon/Espeon. You could give it an Everstone to prevent this from happening or you can trade it and trade it back so its happiness goes down and may work as a temporary fix. Let me know if you need further help.

  12. Hi there. You can actually get an accurate lists of pokemon that spawn in an area by doing ^s <location> in #bot-commands in our PRO Official Discord. The in-game pokedex should also be able to help you. The wiki has to be updated therefore it may miss out on some changes like this. Let me know if you need any further help.

  14. Hi there. After the 3rd gym, you'll need to go back and teach your pokemon Flash. However, you shouldn't proceed to Route 11 to continue the story. You'll have to go back to Cerulean City then go East through Rock tunnel. Once in Lavender Town, Go west all and take the underground paths all the way until Celadon to reach the 4th gym.   19. Hello there! Upon checking, I see that your progress on the Blue Server. It is correct that you have to merge, but it seems as if you have picked the Red server as your main server instead. Nevertheless, I can request to have your account unmerged, but please be sure to choose the correct server as your main server because we will not be unmerging your account for you again if you fail to do so. Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged. I recommend that you don't make any trades on your Silver account as well as that would make it so we cannot carry on with the unmerge. Also, there is no ETA as to when your account will be unmerged as our Developers may be busy.

  21. Hi there. In daycares, if you go behind the elderly couple, there is a "secret" room at the back of every daycare. There is a Pre-Evo move tutor there which you can use to teach Moonblast to your Clefable. Let me know if you encounter any further issues.
  22. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!
  23. If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ.
