  1. Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have.   2. Hi there. With regards to crashing, there is no way you could've gotten his pokemon and not the item on it. It's either all or nothing. Upon checking your trade logs, there also doesn't seem to be a log of you trading money for a pokemon without an item. If ever you have been scammed by a player (By being traded a pokemon without the item after a deal), please upload screenshots of your deal and report said player in the Report Center. Please do note that staff cannot act without valid proof. Let me know if you need further help.

  11. Hi there. That dig spot isn't actually meant to respawn. It's like that as it's the first time a player would have encountered cracked ground which signifies a dig spot. It's simply to act as an indicator that you can interact with cracked ground to use dig on it and possibly receive something from it.
  12. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. As for the Glaceon mount on your inventory, that's due to what you had in your hotbar when you last logged on. You can't use it because you don't actually have them on the Gold Server. Please follow the steps above to access your old account.

  17. Hi there. Since Dragon Dance is an egg move for Salamance, you can teach this to your Salamance by talking to the Egg Move tutor. You'll need to have a Daycare unlocked and teach your pokemon Headbutt for 15,000 pokedollars. To unlock the Daycare, and the Egg move and Pre-evo tutors, you can refer to the Egg Move Guide.

  21. Hi there. We are currently working on updating pokemon's movesets to Generation 7. However, this is a tedious process and can take a very long while. Therefore unfortunately, I can't give an ETA as to when the move will be added to Volcarona's movepool as not all pokemon's movesets are up to Generation 7 yet. Nevertheless, you can check out your pokedex to see the moves that your Volcarona can learn. Sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you understand!
