Hi there. We are aware of the bug with Pursuit causing you to be unable to switch out, or have your pokemon faint. Our Developers are working on a fix as we fix and the server should be updated with the fixed version of Pursuit once the bug is fixed. Unfortunately, we cannot give an ETA as to when this bug will be fixed. However, you can join our PRO Official Discord for updates regarding the issue. Hi there. It seems as if you are in the middle of the Heatran Quest. Your rare candies have been taken from you at the start of the Heatran Quest to ensure difficulty during the quest. After completing the Heatran Quest, talk to Buck inside Stark Mountain Main Cavern to get your rare candies back. If you need further help with completing the Heatran Quest, feel free to check out the Legendary Megathread. Locked as Solved.

Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

Hi there. Thanks for the response. Heatran should be the only quest that takes your Masterball. You should still be able to use it when catching the other legendaries! Let me know if you need further help.

Hi there. First of all, please be sure to check that your Leftovers aren't in your inventory again. If not, then unfortunately there's a possibility you may have been hit by a Rollback. As quoted, Surprisingly enough this can happen with equipping held items too, like in your case. Unfortunately, we are unable to recover your items if you've been hit by a rollback as quoted below. For more information, please check out this thread.

For scheduled maintainance, you may check the Official PRO Discord for updates when the server will be going down. Announcements are usually released there, saying that the server will be going down in x amount of time, to minimize your losses. As for unannounced server crashes on our end, unfortunately, they can be unpredictable at times therefore we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Nevertheless, in cases of long downtimes and numerous crashes due from our end, we may sometimes issue compensation to our players. Next, ensuring a proper connection on your end also helps minimize your losses. It is good to check on your internet provider to know when their downtimes will be as well as contacting them if you are not experiencing a stable connection. If the disconnect was caused by connection issues on your issues, you may try the following: * Call your internet provider. * Troubleshoot Your Hardware. * Opt for a wired connection if you’re using a wireless connection * Turn Off Bandwidth-Hogging Plugins and Apps. * Try a New DNS Server -
