Hi there. There was a bug causing the server crashes recently. However, the bug has now been fixed and the servers should now be more stable. For scheduled maintainance, you may check the Official PRO Discord for updates when the server will be going down. Announcements are usually released there, saying that the server will be going down in x amount of time, to minimize your losses. As for unannounced server crashes on our end, unfortunately, they can be unpredictable at times therefore we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Nevertheless, in cases of long downtimes and numerous crashes due from our end, we may sometimes issue compensation to our players. Let me know if you need further help.

Hi there. Unfortunately the only type that is available to players right now is the Grass cloak. The evolutions for the other cloaks are already coded as stated in our Downloads and Updates log, but they don't have spawns yet and therefore aren't available to players yet. When their spawns are added, you'll be able to evolve them into your desired pokemon. We also cannot give an ETA as to when their spawns will be added, therefore I hope you stay patient. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand!

Hi there. This is usually caused by lag or by your internet connection. Ensuring a proper connection on your end also helps. It is good to check on your internet provider to know when their downtimes will be as well as contacting them if you are not experiencing a stable connection. If the disconnect was caused by connection issues on your issues, you may try the following: * Call your internet provider. * Troubleshoot Your Hardware. * Opt for a wired connection if you’re using a wireless connection * Turn Off Bandwidth-Hogging Plugins and Apps. * Try a New DNS Server

Hi there. There's currently 272 Pokeballs and 2 Masterballs being held due to the Pinkan Quest. Finish the quest to get them back. Pokeballs you obtain after the Ranger has taken your pokeballs will not be taken.

Hi there. It seems as if you are in the middle of the Pinkan Island Quest. Your pokeballs have been taken from you at the start of the Pinkan Island Quest to upon entering the forest. This is to prevent its visitors from capturing pink Pokemon. Towards the end of the quest, talk to the Pinkan Forest Ranger again. If you donate both a level-90-plus Scyther and Electabuzz with maximal happiness, you will be allowed entry in the forest with your Pokeballs, allowing you to hunt for pink Pokemon there. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

Hi there. When in a Dark Cave like Rock Tunnel, the brightest you'll get is by using Flash. However, you can still try to turn the brightness up on your monitor, as this can help you. Nevertheless, you can still use the command below to disable effects of the lighting effects from the morning/day/night cycle. To bring up the console, you'll simply have to press F2.

Hi there. Unfortunately, we can't de-evolve your pokemon. There isn't really a way for us to do that, and we don't really give out pokemon. Nevertheless, you can catch a Pikachu in Viridian Forest, for starters. Please take note that it is Tier 5 here, so it may take a while before you find one. Hi there. As of now, there aren't any direct changes to bosses that would have affected their statistics. If there would have been a changes made to bosses, they would have been provided in the in-game update log or in our downloads and update logs as well as an announcement would be made in our Official PRO Discord. Therefore, there's a chance that you must've been really unlucky with bosses. Hope this clears things up for you!

Hi there! I recommend getting pokemon like Gengar and Gyarados in order to beat the E4. Nevertheless, you can train your pokemon in Cinnabar Mansion, Seafoam Island or Victory Road. This guide should also be able to help you with the E4's moves.

Hi there. Since our movesets are currently being updated to the latest generation, Generation 7, I'm afraid your Azumarill can't learn a move from Generation 2. PRO is based off of the actual pokemon games and therefore we have movesets as identical as we can make them. With that said, as Azumarill can't learn the move in Generation 7, you can't get it. I'm really sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.
