  2. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!
  3. Hi there. If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ.

  5. Hi there. Upon checking, it seems as if that your data is on the Gold server. You need to make sure you're logging on this server instead of Silver. Please let me know if you can log onto the Gold server.

  8. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. As stated can you try to delete all your PRO files and reinstall the client? The client is functional for most people therefore, there isn't really much of an issue with it.
  9. Hi there. You can actually change the resolution of your screen on the options tab in the login page of PRO. If there are no further resolutions, then that is the resolution that your phone sees fit for your device. Nevertheless, you can try to reinstall the app on your phone.

Your rare candies and Masterball have been taken from you at the start of the Heatran Quest to ensure difficulty during the quest. After completing the Heatran Quest, talk to Buck inside Stark Mountain Main Cavern to get your rare candies back.   15. Hi there. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! Please remember that you need to completely uninstall and delete all your PRO files. This includes everything that you unziped and/or downloaded. When running the new client, please make sure the old one is deleted and ensure that you're running the newest version of PRO that you downloaded.
  16. Hi there. Considering you've been using the correct email, could you follow the steps here to get the activation email resent to you? Don't forget to check your junk mail and make sure you typed your email correctly. This could take up to 30 minutes. Using a different browser could also help.
  17. Hi there. Please try to check with your internet provider as there are some cases wherein they block certain games/sites. It could also be that your internet connection doesn't meet the needs of PRO. With that said, you can try to play the game while running a VPN or a Proxy.
