  1. Hello there! Personally, I wouldn't recommend playing heavy games on 4G, although that is up to what your plan can handle. I cannot speak for your case exactly, but you may see for yourself how much data PRO is using by following these steps: [spoiler=Data Usage Android] On Android 4.0 or later, you can check your data usage just like iOS, but also set alerts and limits. Go to Settings, and under Wireless & Networks, tap on Data usage or Mobile data (You might need to look around on different Android phones, but it should still be under your Network settings). On a Samsung Galaxy, you will want to go to Settings > Connections to find Data usage. Hope this helps and have a great day!
  2. Hello there! I am glad to inform you that this issue has now been fixed as shown below. There was actually work being done on it. You should now be able to battle the gym leader. Do take note that Gym Leaders do not give EXP after the first battle since you may rebattle them after you lose. With that said, will now be closing this thread. It is important to change your password in the Dashboard rather than on the forums. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well.   7. Hello there! I’m sorry to hear about your situation. I regret to inform you about this, but disconnnects against NPCs count as losses in PRO. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your cooldowns because it would be unfair to everyone else negatively impacted by server crash or disconnect. It could also be abused in some cases. In certain cases, we give out compensation for especially long downtimes if the disconnect was our fault. If the disconnect was caused by connection issues on your side, you may try the following: - Call your internet provider. -Troubleshoot Your Hardware. -Opt for a wired connection if you’re using a wireless connection. -Turn Off Bandwidth-Hogging Plugins and Apps. -Try a New DNS Server.   9. Hello there! Unfortunately, Bide is not yet coded and there is no ETA, however, you can keep a look out on the Downloads and Update Logs for when it will be. Also, please use the proper format when reporting a bugged move/ability! Please take note that you can see the different Bugged, Wrongly coded and Uncoded moves in our Change Logs. This can be seen under the PvP Rules and Revamp of Bugged Moves / Abilities/ Items not to be Used in PvP thread.   10. Hello there! Please follow these guides depending on which one is applicable to your operating system. [spoiler=Crash Issues] Now, if you are still experiencing crashes, please try the following: • Run the game in compatability mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Update your Windows Version • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager Please let me know if doing these has solved your issue.   11. Hello there! Please be sure to log in to your Dashboard if you were actually banned. If you were, then it should state the reason there. If it says you are not banned on the dashboard, your account isn’t actually banned although there is something on your connection that is. Therefore, please double check with the following questions! Also do note that if you are from the UAE, most ISPs block PRO due to their high censorship laws, and therefore, you will need to use a VPN in order to play PRO. [spoiler=Banned Troubleshooting] Now, if you really are banned according to the dashboard, bans should not be talked about in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not preformed without proper evidence. You may check your boss cooldowns on the Discord by using ^cooldown SteffenLubitz silver in the Bot-Commands Channel. Make sure it's Alphanumerical.
