  1. Hello there! Please be sure to log in to your Dashboard if you were actually banned. If you were, then it should state the reason there. If it says you are not banned on the dashboard, your account isn’t actually banned although there is something on your connection that is. Therefore, please double check with the following questions! Also do note that if you are from the UAE, most ISPs block PRO due to their high censorship laws, and therefore, you will need to use a VPN in order to play PRO. [spoiler=Banned Troubleshooting] Now, if you really are banned according to the dashboard, bans should not be talked about in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not preformed without proper evidence so it's best to be honest! With all that said, I wish you the best of luck and will now be locking this thread.   3. Hello there! Like I said, if you would like to continue your progress, you'll have to merge your accounts first before you can log onto the Silver Server. You account still exists, but the Red server=Silver Server now.
  4. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! Since you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. Hope this helps and have a great day!

  7. Hello there! It is good to note that all types of membership are server-based. This means that they will only be active on the server that you have purchased it on. Despite this, Memberships are a tradable item therefore you may purchase one for yourself in the Trade Chat. As for possibly wanting to perhaps play with your friend, unfortunately, you cannot transfer servers as of now due to the topic being closed (It was closed on May 1st, 2018). If you'd like to transfer servers, you'd have to wait until the Admins open the topic once again. The topic and its requirements can be found here for future reference. Despite this, you can find him in one of the 5 areas: -One of the Islands on Route 21 -Kanto/Johto Victory Road -Saffron City Pokemart -The Kanto Powerplant -Diglett's Cave next to Brock Please take note that you will then be asked for 50k before you can proceed with the quest. Unfortunately, there is no ETA, however, you can keep a look out on the Downloads and Update Logs for when it is fixed. It is important to change your password in the Dashboard rather than on the forums. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well.   14. Hello there! Please be patient since the client is trying to establish a connection and may place you in a “ghost” queue. It happens when many people try to join the server at a certain point. You should be placed into the server at a later time despite not being able to see the queue and may take about 3-5 minutes. [spoiler=Logging In..] Hope this helps and have a great day!

  18. Hello there! If you haven't already, please download PRO here. Afterwards, you'll have to unzip the file. Since your issue is regarding permissions, it would simply like you to run the application as an Admin to authorize the action since you downloaded PRO from the internet.   20. Hello there! You can indeed find Suicune in Tohjo falls. You will have to use waterfall to go up the waterfall and he can be found on the right as shown below.   21. Hello there! So according to our content scripters, Thor has been changed to not battle you with a cheap set-up. This means that you cannot battle him if you have a Goldeen, Seaking, Snorlax, Chansey, Blissey, Ferroseed, Ferrothorn, Shellos and Gastrodon on your team. This is simply add an extra challenge for you as well as make it so it isn't as easy to beat the boss. Although, Thor currently has some minor bugs that will be worked on soon.
