  1. Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. It is important to change your password in the Dashboard rather than on the forums. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well.   2. Hello there! Your Togekiss may learn Wish through its prior Evolutions Togepi and Togetic. Although if you haven't done that, you may go to one of the Daycare Centers found in each region. Here are the locations of each. [spoiler=Daycares] Kanto- Route 5 Johto- Route 34 Hoenn- Route 117 Sinnoh- Solaceon Town Sevii Islands- Four Island Now, to unlock the Daycares, you will first have to talk to the guard standing in front of Cerulean Cave. Next, you will have to get the Dragon Medalion from the Dragon's Club in Blackthorn City (Johto). Afterwards, proceed to the Dragon's Den B1F and battle the Dragonite. Then, you'll have to defeat the Lance boss down there, which requires you to have 6 level 100 pokemon (And you must have spoken to the guard, as I stated.). Beating him will allow you to have access to Cerulean Cave. In Cerulean Cave B1F, you will find Naero, which you need to beat in order to access the Daycare. You will need 201+ Hours and 6 level 100 pokemon to battle her. Hope this helps and have a great day!

  4. Hello there! Please follow these guides depending on which one is applicable to your operating system. [spoiler=Crash Issues] Now, if you are still experiencing crashes, please try the following: • Run the game in compatability mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Update your Windows Version • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager Please let me know if doing these has solved your issue. With that said, if you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! You will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the Red server as your main server.   6. Hello there! First of all, the reason for your ban is a Severity 2 (S2) Infraction. You may want to read the Punishment Policy to familiarize yourself more with the punishable offenses. Next, the ban is actually a Temporary ban and you will be able to log on May 20th. You may create a ban appeal under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this is unjust. Furthermore, your other accounts have been banned because they are your alt accounts. Finally, I recommend that you censor out other sensitive information (eg. IP Address) on your screenshots for privacy. I hope this helps and have a great day!

  9. Hello there! I am sorry to hear about your issue. Unfortunately, we cannot really bring you back into the champion's room without proof that this glitch actually happened (Screenshots preferrably). To my knowledge, the Kanto Elite Four seems to be working fine. It wouldn't have teleported you to the League entrance if you didn't lose your battle or disconnect. Nonetheless, you may train up your pokemon in Victory Road, Cinnabar Mansion and Seafoam Islands and rebattle the Elite Four once again when you can! Please note that the game is in Live Beta and glitches may happen. You may post about glitches with their appropriate evidences under the Bugs Resolution Center and a staff member will be there to assist you.   13. Hello there! Please be sure to log in to your Dashboard if you were actually banned. If you were, then it should state the reason there. If it says you are not banned on the dashboard, your account isn’t actually banned although there is something on your connection that is. Therefore, please double check with the following questions! Also do note that if you are from the UAE, most ISPs block PRO due to their high censorship laws, and therefore, you will need to use a VPN in order to play PRO. [spoiler=Banned Troubleshooting] Now, if you really are banned according to the dashboard, bans should not be talked about in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. This merge was to ensure stability not just on the Red server, but on the Blue server as well. A merge has also been promised for a while.   23. Hello there! Love Island requires 120 caught Kanto pokemon and 38 evolved pokemon. Afterwards, you'll be able to talk to the Love Sailor in Vermilion and go to Love Island for 5k each time. Hope this helps and have a great day!
  24. Hello there! For Celebi to come out of the Shrine in Ilex forest, you will need to have a GS Ball, which you can get from Professor Alexander in the Ruins of Alph. You need to have the full Johto and Kanto Dex by the time you talk to him. If not, then you have to get the seen data of the dogs, Ho-Oh, Lugia and Celebi through the quest. If you are having trouble completing the quest, you may refer to the Legendary Megathread and proceed to the Celebi section. Hope this helps and have a great day!
  25. Hello there! So we are able to understand your problem more, please provide screenshots of where you are stuck in and specify the issue. If you need help regarding the quest, you may want to look at this guide to help you. Also, please take note that when you dc from a battle, like you did since your internet went out, it counts as losing the battle therefore you'll have to rebattle the trainer you lost to in order to continue your quest.
