You'll have to go to the Bell Tower and make the 3 dogs flee. This will prompt you to talk to Scientist Rey once again. After doing so, you'll have to battle the dogs at their respective locations: Then, you'll be able to go back to Scientist Rey to get a bell for the respective dog that you'd like. You'll need to beat the respective guardian in order to get a 16.67% chance to get the dog to spawn. On your third consecutive win, you are able to spawn the dog with a 100% chance. Hi there, The issue with your account has now been resolved. Since you played on the Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. Hi there, Sorry for getting it wrong the first time. I want to make it clear that even if you don't need to really full clear on the first time because most of the time, anything apart of the story can be repeated if you fail the first time. Of course there are areas that you won't be able to return to after the story, but they are areas that are solely used for the story. For example, from the top of my head, like you mentioned, the SS Anne, the Celadon Game Corner Basement, The Radio Tower, Magma and Aqua Hideouts, etc. These are areas that you can always repeat during the story if you fail them. Once you've passed them, you can't go back to them, because there isn't really much for you to go back to anyway. You'd lose very minimal things, or maybe even none. Please let me know if you need anything else.

I believe this client has now resolved the issues with the Mac client. Please try to delete all your PRO Files and reinstall the new client found here. Hi there, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Currently, our spawn editors don't have a way of specifying different unown IDs when they set spawns. This is a Developer issue and currently cannot be resolved by our Spawn Editors. Nonetheless, Maisa, one of our Community Coordinators has forwarded this to the Developer Team. Unfortunately, there is no estimated time as to when this will be fixed. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once this issue has been resolved. Hi there, The story is a huge part of PRO, but I understand that you'd probably want to avoid unnecessary battles. I'll see if I can get you a list of useful items from the story. KANTO You can get HM Flash after catching 10 unique pokemon. Talk to Oak’s Aid in Route 2 (Stop house 3) and he’ll give it to you. There's a Free TM Dig at Cerulean House 6 The SS Anne Quest will give you HM Cut. The Old Rod can be found in the house on the left side of the Vermilion Mart. For a bike, talk to the NPC named Samuel in the house on the right of the Vermilion City Pokemon Center. Show him a Ditto with your OT to receive the Bike Voucher. Afterwards, exchange the voucher and 40,000 Pokedollars for an untradeabale Bike in Cerulean's Bike Shop. The Good Rod can be found in Fuchsia City House 1 for 15,000 Pokedollars. The Saffron Dojo will give you a Hitmonlee/Hitmonchan. HM Surf is found in the Safari Zone. There's a free Arcanine Quest Southeast from Fuchsia You can talk to Davis at Cinnabar Lab for a free Porygon if you have 100 caught data. JOHTO The Super Rod can be found in Olivine City House 1 for 75,000 Pokedollars. Biker south of the Goldenrod PC will trade you a Machop holding a Macho Brace for a Drowzee HOENN You get Dive at Mossdeep City Space Center 1F You get Waterfall at Cave of Origin B3F Hope this has helped you! Hi there, I've discussed this with you in-game, but I'll repeat myself anyway. You need 75k in addition to the good rod in order to get the Super Rod. It doesn't require membership and I've even checked your inventory to see if you have the good rod. Please let me know if you need anything else!

The dig holes check for the Plain badge and the shovel. It is possible that you didn't have the badge and therefore it didn't let you go through it. There is, however, a bug which makes it so the holes don't check for the badge when you use a Pokemon. I've forwarded this to the CS team and there are now aware of it. Hi there, The staff view command was removed from players for the following reasons: Staffview, just like its name implies, was never meant to be available for players, only for testing purposes. They serve as a solution to the following problems: Playing on a lower resolution left the player with almost no vision on the default game zoom. We wanted players to not be penalized for playing on a lower resolution. As Content Scripters and Mappers, we were unable to determine the field of view of players. For CS, having every player with the same field of view allows us to better determine ranges such as how far a trainer can see the player, or from which range players can see NPCs during a scripted event. For Mappers, this makes it possible to create maps that favor exploration, as they no longer have to assume players can see the whole map at once. Having to open the console and type staffview every time you launched the game was inconvenient. It's much more ideal to be able to launch the game and have the same game zoom from the last session. Having to control the game zoom from the console was also not ideal. It's better to have everything in the option menu. Hi there, Apologies, the server crashed while I was talking to you. You do have the seen data for the dogs, but it is possible you got them from PvP or PvE and not the actual quest line dogs. Please go to the following locations and interact with the dogs and let me know if Scientist Ray lets you claim a bell this time. Let me know if you need further help.
