Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately as we continue to update and provide more content in PRO, older systems get less supported. This makes is so you'll actually need to meet the requirements this time to play PRO efficiently. We cannot lower the RAM needed since as stated, the updates and the new content require this to function effectively. Nevertheless, when you get a device that meets the requirements for PRO, the game will be available to you once again. For now, I'm really sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. The system was recently changed so that you may only have one account per email. In the past, it was possible, but right now it is no longer possible. Do note that you may only have a maximum of 4 accounts. We have our own methods on how to detect Mass Accounts and I can assure you as long as you do not go over the limit, you will not be banned. To create another account, you'll now need to use a different email. Please be sure to check out our Punishment Policy to avoid making infractions. Hope this clarifies things for you. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, Mega stones are currently unobtainable in PRO. With that, Mega Evolution is also not possible to players. There is also no estimated time as to when they'll be added into PRO. Please stay tuned in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord and in our Update Logs for further announcements. Hi there. It seems as if you've split your Red and Blue accounts onto two different accounts. Your Blue progress should be on an account named Astharot. Log onto the Silver server with this account to access your Blue progress. Let me know if you need any further help.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. It seems as if you've only beaten the first trainer, Symphonia. Therefore, you'll have to beat the second trainer Indragiri which can be found in the Ilex Forest in Johto. Do note that you need to show him an OT Illumise in order for him to battle you. Hi there. In order to add friends, you can type /friend <Username> in the in-game chat. Do note that using the command on a friend who is online will remove <username> from your friend's list. Alternatively, you can right click on your friend's name in chat or on his character in-game and select the "Friend" option to add him. For more information on the in-game commands, you could check out our list of available commands. Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi there. It seems as if you've used your Mini-MS Medallion. This was given as compensation for the numerous crashes and downtimes we had as we were trying to update the client. This Medallion only lasts for 3 days, which is why it possibly confused you. Hope this clarifies things for you. Let me know if you need any further help.

Hi there. Unfortunately, we will not be providing support for Linux users as of now. You’ll have to use Wine in order to run PRO on Linux now. You can refer to this link for the downloads with regards to your system. Basically, it's because our Developer can't use IL2CPP there. We're still looking for a workaround to this as we understand we have a small yet significant player base from Linux as well. You'll simply have to wait until a potential Linux client is released in the future. However, there is no estimated time for this. Please do note that PRO staff are volunteers and we don't always have the time to look into everything. We also have numerous plans in the future and there are quite a few client concerns right now. Please stay tuned in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord for further announcements. I'm really sorry to disappoint you, let me know if you need anything else.

Hello there! Upon checking, I see that your progress on the Blue Server. It is correct that you have to merge, but it seems as if you have picked the Red server as your main server instead. Nevertheless, I can request to have your account unmerged, but please be sure to choose the correct server as your main server because we will not be unmerging your account for you again if you fail to do so. Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged. I recommend that you don't make any trades on your Silver account as well as that would make it so we cannot carry on with the unmerge. Also, there is no ETA as to when your account will be unmerged as our Developers may be busy.

Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! In your case, you happened to have played on the Yellow server, so you'll simply have to log into Gold to regain your progress. If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. Let me know if you need further help.

Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please do note that the Rocket Grunts in Mount Silver have a 2 hour cooldown. I suggest you level up your pokemon in the mean time in order to ensure you beat them next time. It's also good to take potions and some revives incase you may need them. Also, please try each of the following if that does not solve your issue: • Run the game in compatibility mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Update your Windows Version • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager Let me know if you need further help.

Hello there! If you are banned, you should be able to check the reason in the Dashboard. Furthermore, bans should not be discussed in this sub-forum. Despite this, you may make a thread under Discipline Appeals if you feel that this ban is unjust in any way. It is also good to note that bans are not performed without proper evidence. Please be patient as you wait for a staff member to respond. You may bump your thread every 24 hours. With all that said, I wish you the best of luck and will now be locking this thread.
