  2. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, as stated in our list of bugged and uncoded moves, Draining Kiss is bugged. We are aware of this issue. However, there is no estimated time as to when it will be fixed. Please stay tuned in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord and in our Update Logs for further announcements. With all that said, will now locking this thread as it's a known bug.
  3. Hi there. As stated by LightningVector and as seen in our List of Evolutions Coded Differently, Spritzee and Swirlix can't be evolved yet as their evolutions aren't coded yet. You can get them in the wild at the locations listed below. You can check for spawn locations by doing ^s <pokemon> in #bot-commands in our Official PRO Discord. You can also check if pokemon can hold items in the wild by doing ^item <item> and by checking out our Held Items in the Wild Guide. Also, feel free to check out our Item Guide for further information on where to get different items that are obtainable in PRO.   8. Hi there. As stated by GlogS, that move isn't coded yet. You can check out our list of bugged moves and abilities to see if a move or ability works. I assume you mean it crashes you though. This is because it isn't coded yet, and therefore may cause errors like this. In the mean time, please refrain from using this move.   10. Hi there. I seem to have found your error. The requirements of our game are as follows: Since you don't meet the minimum requirements for RAM which is 1.5GB+, your game may not function as optimal as you want. This also explains why you keep crashing. If you want to continue playing PRO as you normally do, you'll have to get a device that meets these requirements. Let me know if you need anything else.

  12. Hi there. The requirements for the Wondrous site at Route 114 is 3000 points. However I've gone over your points and it seems as if you have 5110 Excavation points. Could you please attach a screenshot of what it tells you when you try to enter? I can have it looked into!
  13. Hi there. If you make a complaint with regards to the issue, I can have a Trade Mod look into the trade for you and possibly have the trade reversed. In the mean time, please try to contact the person who lent you the pokemon. (I assume it's Soggyteabag, but it seems as if you've already traded back the pokemon.) Nevertheless, in the future, please try to use our Lending System instead as it's more efficient for lending pokemon. Let me know if you need anything else.

It's possible that you forget this, but you're free to go to Ilex Forest in Johto and find Indragiri to present your OT Illumise.   15. Hello there! Upon checking, I see that your progress on the Blue Server. It is correct that you have to merge, but it seems as if you have picked the Red server as your main server instead. Nevertheless, I can request to have your account unmerged, but please be sure to choose the correct server as your main server because we will not be unmerging your account for you again if you fail to do so. Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged. I recommend that you don't make any trades on your Silver account as well as that would make it so we cannot carry on with the unmerge. Also, there is no ETA as to when your account will be unmerged as our Admisn may be busy.

  17. Hi there! First of all, welcome back and I hope you enjoy the new additions to PRO. For the recent changes, you can check our our Update Logs. Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! Since you played on the Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. Let me know if you need anything else! General Support is always open if you have questions.
  18. Usually you need to uninstall and clear both your trash bin and app history. If they're still found in these areas, they still give that error. Please make sure you have enough remaining storage for the download as well.
