  1. Hello there! Unfortunately you cannot reset your account as of now due to the topic being closed. If you'd like to reset your account, you'd have to wait until the Admins open the topic once again. The topic can be found here for future reference. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once the topic is opened once again. Nevertheless, you are able to own a maximum of 4 accounts therefore if you really want to restart the story right now, you'll have to make a new account with a different name.   2. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. The list above were the spawns for the item at the time and they have now been changed since. Nevertheless, currently there is an error causing an issue with spawns regarding the Dragon Scale. The error has been forwarded to the respective parties. However, there is no estimated time as to when this will be fixed. You can keep an eye out in the Spawn Changelog and in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord for spawn updates and other announcements. Nevertheless, you can get a Dragon Scale from the in-game Trade chat from other players as well. Please do note that the Dragon Scale is consumed after evolution. You can also get it from PvP Masters for PvP Coins. Hope this helps and have a great day!
  3. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. Hope this helps and have a great day!

However, we are unable to give an ETA as to when the servers will be up once again. Please do note that we're always trying to improve our server stability, but it isn't perfect and can sometimes still result to a crash. Also, please refrain from asking regarding server status here as it is against the General Support Rules. An announcement on our Official PRO Discord will be made once this issue has been resolved. You can check server status by doing ^up in #bot-commands in our Discord. As this is a known issue, and I can’t offer you much of a fix as of now, I’ll now be locking this thread.

  19. Hi there. In order to add a picture, please use a smaller file or use an image hosting website such as Gyazo in order to upload the link here. You may check out our Forum Images Guide for further information on how to upload images on the forums. Also, please try to press F2 and enter 'clearmaps'. Afterwards, restart your client completely.   21. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. This is a common error that comes with the merge. I've gone over and removed your Kanto pokemon from your party. They should now be locked in the last slots of your PC and you should be able to use them after you've beaten Johto's 8th gym. Could you check that for me please? Looking forward to your response.
  22. Hi there. In PRO, you'll need Maximum happiness (255 as stated above) in order to evolve a pokemon. You can check happiness by doing /happy <slot #> in the in-game chat.   23. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. This is an error usually caused by the merge. I've moved the pokemon to the last slots of your PC. Can you check that for me please?
  24. Hi there. Did you happen to black out before you lost your money? You black out once all your pokemon are fainted. When you black out, you are sent to your last visited Pokecenter. You will also lose 5% of your current money each time you black out. Hopefully I've clarified this for you.
  25. Hi there. I've gone over the database to check all the Pink Bellsprouts on Silver that are Adamant Cholorophyll. Unfortunately, none of them have your OT and therefore the pokemon in question is not in the database. As stated previously, if you got it before the server crashed and didn't relog, most likely the Bellsprout was lost in a rollback and there isn't a way we can recover this. Furthermore, if your pokemon doesn't exist on our database, then nothing can be done of it. I'm really sorry, but I hope you understand that nothing further can be done of this.
