  2. Hi there. The servers are currently down due to updates. However, we are unable to give an ETA as to when the servers will be up once again.   5. Hi there. In daycares, if you go behind the elderly couple, there is a room at the back of every daycare. There is a Pre-Evo move tutor there which you can use to teach Moonblast to your Clefable. The locations of each daycare is listed below. Also, in order to unlock the daycare, you'll need to complete the Egg Moves quest. Route 5, Kanto Route 34, Johto Route 117, Hoenn Solaceon Town, Sinnoh Four Island, Sevii Islands Let me know if you encounter any further issues.
  6. Hi there. There are many ways to obtain The King's Rock. For Hoenn specifically, you can only purchase it through PvP Masters for 5 PvP coins. You get 1 PvP Coin per win in Ranked PvP. However, once you are able to leave Hoenn, you can get them from wild Hawlucha, Poliwhirl, Politoed, and Poliwag at the locations listed below. These locations are more updated than the ones Heiwajima have provided. They have an 8% chance to hold this item for non-MS spawns and a 10% chance to hold this item for MS-spawns. You can use moves like Theif or covet to take these items from them or you can use Frisk to detect if a pokemon is holding the item. You can also get them from Diggable Patches at the locations listed above or by buying it in Johto Slowpoke Well. Let me know if you're still experiencing issues. • Run the game in compatibility mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Update your Windows Version • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager

  9. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. However, you cannot keep both accounts due to play time. You have more progress on Blue, so I suggest you choose this as your main server. Hope this helps and have a great day!

  12. Hi there. Have you tried resending it with another browser like Firefox? This usually fixes the issue. Incognito mode could work too. Nevertheless, if it still doesn't work for you, you may try to register with another email.
  13. Hello there! Upon checking, I see that your progress on the Blue Server. It is correct that you have to merge, but it seems as if you have picked the Red server as your main server instead. Nevertheless, I can request to have your account unmerged, but please be sure to choose the correct server as your main server because we will not be unmerging your account for you again if you fail to do so. Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged. I recommend that you don't make any trades on your Silver account as well as that would make it so we cannot carry on with the unmerge. Also, there is no ETA as to when your account will be unmerged as our Developers may be busy.

  18. Hi there. Considering you've been using the correct email, could you follow the steps here to get the activation email resent to you? Don't forget to check your junk mail and make sure you typed your email correctly. This could take up to 30 minutes. Using a different browser could also help. Let me know if you're still getting this issue.

  22. Hi there. In order to evolve Gligar into Gliscor, you'll have to make your Gligar hold a Razor Fang. Afterwards, level up your Gligar at night. You can find a Razor Fang from wild Gligar, Eevee and Murkrow at the following areas. The chance is 8% for non-MS spawns and 10% for MS-spawns.   23. Hi there. In order to get the seen data of Mewtwo, you'll have to make your way through to Cerulean Cave B1F. At the East, you will find Mewtwo. Beat Mewtwo and you will be able to battle the Steel Mewtwo. Beating the Steel Mewtwo will allow you to get the data for Mewtwo. If the Steel Mewtwo isn't there for you, please attach a screenshot of this. The image below shows where Mewtwo should be.
  24. Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ.   25. Hi there. Unfortunately, I can't tell you which switch is the correct switch as it varies per player. Nevertheless, you should know that the first switch stays the same. Therefore, if you fail to find the second switch, you'll have to go back and activate the first switch again before trying another switch. You may need to try most if not all switches in order to find the second switch. Don't forget to activate the first switch before each try.
