  2. Hi there. I've checked on the Character Customization and there doesn't seem to be an error with saving your character. Therefore, the error must've been due to minor lag on your end, or human error wherein you accidentally saved without choosing a hairstyle. Unfortunately with that, I can't really fix your character for you as there isn't an error from our side of Character Customization. Nevertheless, as stated above, you can always get a Magic Mirror from others in-game. It can also be purchased for 50 coins at the coin shop. You can get coins through other players in the form of Coin Capsules, donating $5, or through different Events. Going back, I'm really sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.
  3. Hi there. I've gone through the database and checked to see if you had the seen data for Moltres, of which you already had. Therefore, there's nothing to worry about and you should be able to complete the Mew quest as normal. As stated above, you get seen data from a win or a loss and usually this is all you need. Nevertheless, if you're still crashing, can you please try all of the following? Also, it's good to note that we're always trying to improve server stability, but it isn't perfect and may still result to a crash. • Run the game in compatibility mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Update your Windows Version • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager Let me know if you need anything else.
  4. Glad to hear that your issue has been resolved. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask. With that said, will now be locking this thread. Good luck and have a great day!
  5. Hi there. If you would like to teach your Shroomish Spore, you are able to do so by going to a Move Relearner and teaching it Stun Spore first. Afterwards, enter the relearner's interface again and you should be able to learn Spore now. Relearners are located in the locations below. Kanto - Cerulean City; Saffron City; Tutor Heaven Johto - Goldenrod City; Blackthorn City Hoenn - Slateport City marketplace; Sootopolis City Sinnoh - Snowpoint City and Hearthome City

  9. Hi there. Unfortunately, we are unable to transfer your articuno wings to your account. This is because the wings are an exclusive item from the Christmas event. This is to keep its exclusivity. Furthermore, if the event was to return with the wings as a prize once again, you would end up having two on one account, which is not what is intended. Nevertheless, you may get the Articuno wings once again if they are made available. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understannd.
  10. Hi there. The bug with regards to the Mauville Psychic Marina is now fixed. Thank you again for the report and glad that your Entei now has its desired nature. As the issue is now resolved, will now be locking this thread. Good luck and have a nice day!
  11. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a Pink Bellsprout that you've possessed. With that, I can't help you further nor recover it. Did you happen to get this Pink Bellsprout before a crash? If so you may have lost it in a Rollback. You can read more about that on this thread. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.
  12. Hi there. Usually, it's best to allow the pokemon to evolve on the owner's side. Which means that when a pokemon is traded to you, it's best to cancel the evolution and trade it back unevolved first. This is so the Evolution data goes to the owner and not to you. This is especially good if you're trying to raise the amount of evolutions you have in your pokedex which can be useful for various quests in-game. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need anything else.
  13. Hi there. I see you've figured it out for yourself. However, just to specify, you can only use dive in the areas marked with the green sparkle. Nevertheless, glad to hear that your issue has been resolved. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask. With that said, will now be locking this thread. Good luck and have a great day!
  14. Do you remember any specific information on the bellsprout? IVs? Nature?
  15. Hi there. Did you happen to black out before you lost your money? You black out once all your pokemon are fainted. When you black out, you are sent to your last visited Pokecenter. You will also lose 5% of your current money each time you black out. Hopefully I've clarified this for you.
  16. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. Sometimes, depending on the conditions on your end and ours, it may cause crashes. We're always working on server stability however it isn't perfect and may still cause some crashes. Nevertheless, I'm glad to hear that you've resolved your issue now. With that, will now be locking this thread as solved. Good luck and have a nice day!
  17. Hi there. I've checked the database and you don't seem to have a Pink Bellsprout. Could you tell me the ID of the Bellsprout? I may be able to find it for you. Looking forward to your response.
  18. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for reporting this bug. I've checked the error and our Developers are now aware of the issue with Mauville's Psychic Marina. It will be fixed once a Scripter or our Developers are available. There is no ETA as to when it will be fixed, but I suggest that you use the other Psychic Marinas in other regions instead if you are to reroll your legendaries again. Also, I'm glad to hear that your Entei's nature is now Adamant.
  19. Hi there. I've forwarded the issue to relevant parties. The issue will be looked into. Please be patient as you wait for a response.
  20. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience, could you please tell me the nature of your Entei and the nature you would like to change to?
  21. Hi there, Sorry for the inconveniences that occurred due to the Bag Glitch. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your Gible as it would be unfair to others who have accepted their losses due to the glitch or crashes. If your game freezes when opening up the bag, do not click anything. The client will sort itself out. You can avoid it by opening their bag every 5-10 minutes when farming, or simply waiting when it glitches. As quoted, Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand. As your question has been answered previously as well, I'll now be locking this thread.
  22. Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. This is simply a visual glitch that occurred with the Ninetales. It isn't actually pink. It's an error with a script. The relative parties have been informed. However, there is no ETA as to when the bug will be fixed. You can keep an eye out in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord for when this is fixed. As this is a known issue, and I can't offer you much of a fix as of now, will now be locking this thread. Good luck and have a great day.
  23. Glad to hear that your issue has been resolved. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask. With that said, will now be locking this thread. Good luck and have a great day!
  24. As stated previously, PvP Coins are the only way to get it in Hoenn. The other methods were already stated previously. Nevertheless, you can always buy the item in the in-game trade chat from other players who may be able to bring the King's Rock to you in Hoenn. Sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you understand.
  25. Glad to hear that your issue has been resolved. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask. With that said, will now be locking this thread. Good luck and have a great day!
