  3. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

  5. Hi there. They are meant to be locked as they are pokemon from the Kanto region and you are in the middle of the Johto story. They'll be unlocked once you complete the 8th gym in Johto. Let me know if you have any further questions.

  9. Hello there! If you are still getting an "Invalid Password" error, please be sure to change your password here. Don't forget it has to be Alphanumerical as well. It is important to change your password on the Dashboard rather than the forums since they differ. If you encounter more issues whilst trying to merge, you may have a look at the Common Merge Errors: FAQ. You may also visit the Server Merge FAQ for some questions you may have.   11. Hi there. An alternate method of getting coins is by buying coin capsules from players through in-game items and money. There are also players that sell Membership Medallions in the in-game trade chat. You may want to check on your internet connection and restart your computer and client, nevertheless.   13. Hi there. Unfortunately as stated, Gengar's is now only limited to Cursed Body in PRO and in Generation 7 of pokemon. Sadly, we also do not offer de-evolution services. This change in ability was done in order to nerf Gengar's competitive power. As PRO takes after the original games, we follow their mechanics, and thus, Gengar is only limited to Cursed Body in PRO. Sorry to disappoint you, and I hope you understand. Let me know if you need anything else.

  17. As shown in the In-Game pokedex, Shroomish specifically is able to learn Spore at level 40. Breloom can learn this move through the Pre-Evo move tutor.

  19. Hello there! Upon checking, I see that your progress on the Blue Server. It is correct that you have to merge, but it seems as if you have picked the Red server as your main server instead. Nevertheless, I can request to have your account unmerged, but please be sure to choose the correct server as your main server because we will not be unmerging your account for you again if you fail to do so. Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged. I recommend that you don't make any trades on your Silver account as well as that would make it so we cannot carry on with the unmerge. Also, there is no ETA as to when your account will be unmerged as our Developers may be busy.

  23. Hi there. Please make sure you’ve done all of the following. -Log into the PC next to the bed to get the Guard to move -Go to the first floor and enter the kitchen in the far left. (Make sure you have a Pecha berry to give to the doctor, if you don't have one in your inventory then there will be one in a trash can.) -Talk to the doctor in the kitchen and offer to help him cure the captain.Show him the Pecha berry. -Go to the second floor and enter the room on the far right. -Talk to Jenson who will ask you to find his Blissey in the ballroom as it holds the secret potion. -Continue to the ballroom and head to the upper floor where you will find Jenson's Blissey. Talk to it and it will disappear and leave you with the secret potion. -Return to the second floor and find the captain on the other end of the hallway -Give him the potion in return for HM Cut *You cannot reenter the SS Anne once you've left. Nevertheless, sorry to hear about your situation, however we are unable to restore your rating. However, you can try the following to prevent crashes in the future! • Run the game in compatibility mode • Update your Display/Graphical Drivers • Add an exception for the client in your Firewall and Antivirus • Update your Windows Version • Clear out your Physical Memory or Ram to free up space • Terminate processes you don't need in the Task Manager
