  1. Hi there. As stated, unfortunately you cannot transfer servers as of now due to the topic being closed (It was closed on May 1st, 2018). If you'd like to transfer servers, you'd have to wait until the Admins open the topic once again. The topic and its requirements can be found here for future reference.   8. Hi there. It seems as if you are missing the caught data of the following pokemon. Please take note that you need Caught data for all Kanto Pokemon and Seen data for the birds and Mewtwo. Caught data is different from Seen data. You know you have the caught data of a pokemon if there is a pokeball on their icon in your pokedex. Be sure to check out our Legendary Megathread too if you need help. Hope this clarifies things for you. Let me know if you need anything else. Please ensure that you've done all of the following: -Spoken to the Scientist after beating Rustboro's Gym -Saved Peeko and retrieved the Devon Goods -Speak to the Scientist again -Talk to Mr Stone at the Devon Corp -Go to Steven at Granite Cave 1F2 to give the letter. Please make sure you've done all of the following. If you've done so, please attach a screenshot with your dialogue with Mr. Stone, Steven and the Scientist being gone.

And just to clarify, his IGN is arewhyyouz? ▪︎ Try Alt+Tab ▪︎ Use an Escape Rope ▪︎ Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter ▪︎ Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar ▪︎ Log out, and then back in ▪︎ Close the whole client and start PRO again

  17. Hi there. Also, please ensure that you are trying to get Surf on your Pikachu on the Gold server as your starter on the Silver server was Charmander. Therefore, as stated, if you'd like to teach your Pikachu Surf, you'll have to talk to Victor in Route 19. Hope this clarifies things for you.

Next time, if your game freezes when opening up the bag, do not click anything since the client will fix itself. You can avoid it by opening their bag every 5-10 minutes when farming, or waiting out the glitch. As quoted, Once again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and I hope you understand.
