Hi there. Sorry for the inconvenience. The Reborn bot was updated with the location for the Tailwind Tutor for an update in the past. However, due to technical difficulties, this update had to be reverted and therefore, the Tutor isn't there. As for Cotton Guard on Whimsicott, could you please try to use the Pre-Evo move tutor behind every daycare center in the locations below. To unlock the Daycare, you have to complete the Egg moves quest. If you need further help with the question, be sure to check out our Egg Moves Guide. If you can't relearn it at the Pre-Evo move tutor, please do attach a screenshot of this. As for Weather Ball on Venusaur, this move can only be learned by Bulbasaur through an event. Event moves aren't really added into PRO yet. With all this said, I'm sorry, but I can't give an Estimated time as to when Tailwind will be added back and when Event moves are obtainable. Nevertheless, you can always keep an eye out in our Update Logs and in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.

Hi there. In short, if your Dragonite is not at full health, it will take full damage. Therefore, if your Dragonite has already taken damage from Sandstorm, Multiscale wouldn't work with Ice beam afterwards. Hope this clarifies things for you.

Hi there. Upon checking, it seems as if Multiscale only halves damage dealt by full moves. However, entry hazards such as stealth rock and sandstorm ignore multiscale and do the regular damage. As soon as your Pokémon is no longer at full health, Multiscale no longer takes effect, which answers the rest of your questions. Hope this clarifies things for you. Hi there. Please make sure you've spoken to Professor Oak first, with all the requirements. Afterwards, proceed to Celadon and enter in the building to the left of the Pokecenter and go on the Roof Top by taking the elevator. Talk to the Old Man inside the house. He should give you the Map. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!
