  4. Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

If you are trade banned, you may ask for the duration an the reason in your appeal. It is also good to note that bans are not performed without proper evidence.   7. Hi there. Unfortunately, the Sinnoh map is bugged and we are aware of this issue. It has been forwarded to our developers and we are working on a fix. However, we are unable to give an estimated time as to when it will be fixed. Nevertheless, you can keep an eye out in our Update Logs and in #announcements of our Official PRO Discord.   8. Hi there. They are most definitely Kanto pokemon as they are locked in your PC right now. They are also listed as Kanto on the database and in their pokemon information card. Therefore, they shall remain locked, like your other Kanto pokemon.

  16. Hi there. Please do note that you need to have certain amount of Discoveries in order to battle certain pokemon in a site. In this case, you need 3500 Discoveries. You can check your Discovery points with Gingery Jones in the Glacial Site. Hope this clarifies things for you. Let me know if you need further help.

  19. Hi there. Unfortunately, you'll have to get Sinnoh Champion before you are able to get the free Rotom. You can get it in that same area by interacting with the rock. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand.

  24. Hi there. As stated previously, you'll have to first teach your parasect Stun Spore and the option to teach your Parasect Spore will appear. It is an issue with the Move relearner and we are still working on a fix. Sorry for the inconvenience.
