Hi there. A transit pass is where you pay an amount of money in order to be able to have unlimited use of the transit system for free for a certain amount of days. The Transit Pass Cooldown checker tells you how long you have left. As for the Mysterious Ticket, it's an item for future content of PRO. Currently, there isn't much known about it other than the teaser posted on our Official PRO Discord. I can't give you an ETA when the use Mysterious Ticket will be released, but you can keep an eye out in our Update Logs or #announcements in our Discord for when it's added. Hi there. Synchronize pokemon have a 50% chance to pass on the nature of your Synchronize pokemon to the pokemon you are attempting to catch. It does not require happiness, but it needs to be alive and the first pokemon to enter the battle for it to work. This is all up to chance, so it may not work the first time, so please be patient. Hope this clarifies things for you. Let me know if you need further help.

Hello there! Please do note that the Red server has now merged with the Blue server to form the Silver server and the Yellow server has now been renamed as the Gold server. 
If you haven't updated your client you'll have to download the latest update here! If you played on the Red/Blue Server, you will also have to log onto the Dashboard and merge your accounts. Also, don't forget to select the correct server as your main server. Furthermore, please be sure to read the Merge FAQ for questions you may have as well as the Common Merge Errors:FAQ if you encounter issues whilst merging. If you played on the Yellow server, then you may simply log on the Gold server and should still have your items and continue your progress. Hope this helps and have a great day!

Hi there. Unforunately, new content, which includes new regions, has no estimated time of release. Please take note that our Content Team is currently busy with different additions to PRO. They are also volunteers and act in their own time. Also, making a new region also takes a lot of work. We're working on our current to-do list. Well, unfortunately everyone goes through the same process. If needed, be sure to borrow pokemon once your trade ban is up. Take note that you may only take pokemon from Johto until you finish that gym. Also, please be sure to read up on the Trade Rules to prevent further infractions. Do you have any further questions?

Hi there. I'm really sorry to hear about your situation. However, I can recommend that you stock up on revives and potions before fighting the Dragon Gym. You may want to train your pokemon in Dragon's Den to a high level. Furthermore, it's good to have a Fairy or Ice pokemon. As for your trade ban, please make a post under Discipline Appeals. You can ask about your ban reason and length there.

Hi there. Unfortunately, you'll have to find another area to find this pokemon as the spawns for Turnback Cave have not yet been applied. You'll be able to access it from Sendoff Spring once everything's alright. Sorry to disappoint you, but I hope you understand. Let me know if you need anything else.

Hi there. Unfortunately Heal Pulse has not yet been coded into the game. As for Draining kiss, it's coded incorrectly, which makes it so it does not restore health points. Please do note that our game is in BETA and that bugs like this may happen. Our Devs are aware of this and will get to these issues when they can. However, there is no estimated time as to when they will be coded. Nevertheless, you can keep an eye out in our Update Logs or in #announcements in our Official PRO Discord.
