Dears, I have suggestions to give the guilds more love in game since it's a community game and we currently feel there are alot of rewards on the individual level (top 25, ladder tour) but not on a guild level aside from Guild island here are some suggestions priority in chronological order: Spawn Pick - Getting a guild in the top isnt an easy task for a guild aside from the 6 moves that are usually not important for changes, we suggest if Top 1 could choose the spawns and maybe top 2 have a share with the moves but it's important to choose what to spawn in this way top guilds represent the majority of pvpers in the game based on the sum of rating so why dont we get a chance to have a choice in it Mini Games - The current Guild Island feels like it's missing some entertainment for guild member to pass the time, we still couldn't come up with ideas for those said mini games, but could be something on the same level as Bug Catching Contest or the Munchlax mini boss, something that would motivate people to spend more time there other than hunt. PvP/PvE Coin Shop Discounts - This one is more of an idea to make guilds even more motivated to reach Rank 1. The discount doesn't need to be huge or unfair, but at least something that would make people looking forward to do their best. An idea would be for example: Rank 1 guild would get 10% discount in all/certain items of each shop; Rank 2 guild would get 7% discount in all/certain items of each shop; Rank 3 guild would get 5% discount in all/certain items of each shop. We believe that these wouldn't be too unfair and would certainly motivate every guild to be the very best they can. Guild Bank - It's known that almost all guilds have an account that serves the purpose of being a "Bank". We thought that would be nice if the top 3 guilds would have access to a ingame bank feature, like some sort of separate PC. All members of the guild could have the ability to deposit what they want and see what's in it, but only the guild leader or officers could remove, this would be to prevent theft and complicated situations. These are some of our ideas, we hope you check them and looking forward to your judgement on future updates. Headbutt Trees - The guild island has a lot of trees out there and also has dig spots, so some headbutt spots seem perfectly fitting as well, they could give pvp berries and some classic bug pokemons like Pinsir, Scyther or Heracross for example. Item Recycler - The current item recycler is in a place of extremely hard access which requires a lot of walking and takes long time, so it seemed like a nice idea if was possible to add one in guild island as well. Boss Rewards - We believe that the guild island boss could use a small rework when it comes to rewards. This is an extremely exclusive boss which mainly only the top 3 guild members can access to, and for such boss the rewards are a little underwhelming. Most people only get either Tamato Berries, Focus Sash or the rare Life Orbs, without even having a 3rd win streak reward which almost all bosses currently have. So the suggestion would be perhaps give better rewards and/or add a 3rd win streak reward.
