To be honest Gengar alone can take the e4 of Kanto just teach him the following moves; Thunderbolt,Shadow Ball,Psychic and any other last moves and you should be fine.

Hi I don't know what happened but I was releasing my lotads on pc and the lotad on my team got released saying id 0. I got a screenshot of my Pokemon. It happened a few minutes ago , I am on the gold server hopefully it can be restored.
