You probably are wearing your black suit clothes then. To get them back to your back you can simply click on them when you check out your Trainer card. Also black glasses are not an cosmetic item but an item that boosts dark moves by 20% when carried by a pokemon. Hope I could help you out.

No server is being favored here like you are assuming because world quest are completly random. Starting with every realtime full hour there is a small chance for a world quest to start.

They are already aware of that problem and as far as I know they are working on an NPC where you can use those coins again.
