I can understand your frustration with shinies being a really rare thing but just because many people want the chance to be lower does not mean its good for the game. The developers have to take many ascepts into consideration and should be objective on most changes.

If I recall correctly, the developers mentioned on the recent Q&A stream that they wont mess with the shiny chance.

I just got the TZ clothes as a tier 3 boss reward from Urahara but I am unable to use them as they are only for male characters. They are also not tradable, which makes this item and boss reward completly useless for players with a female character. My suggestion is to either change the boss rewards or make TZ Clothes tradable. A female version would also be welcome. Urahara boss

Its just a visual bug. He most likely got the choice scarf via trick last match.

I can confirm that bug. I am unable to get my Porygon from the Silver Disc I have given Scientist Davis weeks ago. Probably has something to do with this change from 1 or 2 days ago.

The mechanic of learning moves upon evolution was just introduced with sun/moon if I am not mistaken and I think those are not implemented in PRO (not 100% sure on that though). You are able to relearn those moves with the move relearner NPCs. Another advice in general, you should evolve your pokemon as late as possible as they need more xp upon evolving unless you want to evolve them for the pokedex.
