Yes. Whats the meaning of special items or special pokemon forms if everyone has them? Theyre not special if they are easy to get and everyone has them. It should feel like you earned those things by big effort. This game is an MMO which is supposed to have challenges and rare stuff like that. If I wanted to play without those things I can just play the original games.

Its supposed to take some effort to get exclusive ingame items. Just to clarify I didnt get them last time and I am fine grinding for them. Those items are supposed to be somewhat rare and take some work to get them. If you feel like its not logic in any way just dont do it, it is only a cosmetic after all. I like challenges in the game and hope there are many more to come.

Lickilicky cannot learn Wish via that tutor because it could only learn Wish in a past event from the original games.

You need 290 points in bcc to receive the volcarona wings, so they are still available. Also I feel like 500 pts for the articuno wings are perfectly fine.

unfortunately not that much as you need marvel scale ability on dragonair so dragonite gets multiscale. Id say around 100-200k if someone needs one for story.

@Tigerous sry for tag, but could you check if the minimum raise was changed from 100k to 250k after I started the auction? I am pretty sure it was 100k minimum raise when I started the auction and since the minimum raise cannot be changed I would like a conformation on that before I bid any further on this auction.
