Yes you can get mirror shards from every excavation site. To get the Reveal glass to change form you have to turn in 10 mirror shards at the NPC in the Wondrous Site.

Yes thats correct, any fainted pokemon with the required level for the repel trick + your synch pokemon in the second slot.

Again, repel trick is not like that anymore as it got reverted already quite some time ago.

So you can reroll infinite times with just one reroll ticket? Doesnt make sense at all as it would ruin the meaning of rerolls completly.

Its already in the game for quite some time, just remember even though you can decline the newly rerolled IVs you will still lose the Reroll ticket.

A pokemon can only raise its stats by 6 stages, as speed boost raises speed by 1 stage per turn the limit is 6 turns.

+1 for a little change to it I think the new feature would be much better if we need to pay money to actually save the sets not to change them. Obviously the price needs to be a lot higher this way but this change would actually enable us to change our playstyle more frequently and without thinking too hard if its worth to pay 50k.

I loved doing the quest. You had to actually do something for it. Very good job from the staff team, I especially liked the small puzzles you had to solve to finish the quests. Looking forward to even harder and challenging quests in the future.

I am experiencing the exact same problem since yesterday. Unable to being connected on 2 accounts at the same time at the same device. I talked to other people and they are experiencing the exact same. Is this something thats intentional or not?
