I don't know what your issue is but my smeargle had no problem relearning sketch once he was lvl 100 ( so I could put roleplay, soak and spore). Maybe the bug is on just for a few people.

Did the tp quest again and got my TP back. Hopwever I'm not the only one affected by this bug, spoke with a french guy who had same issue too.

For xmas event I went into new mauville after speaking to wattson outside (I didn't read what he said) and I spoke to his NPC in the power plant of New Mauville. I was then tped to mauville center but I couldn't access teleport center. It didn't seem to work in all other centers the officers redirecting me to wattson. When I went back into new mauville, Wattson relaunched the tp quest that I have to redo to gain access again to the tp of Hoenn (the 3computers thing and so on...)

With every stat. -1 counters a +1 so if u go from 150% (+1) to 100% (+0) you loose 33% of 150% ;) If u want the numbers: +1> +50% +2> +100% +3> +150% +4> +200% +5> +250% +6> +300% AND -1> -33% -2> -50% -3> -60% -4> -66% -5> -71% -6> -75% Not sure how it works for accuracy and evasion though. But this works for ATQ / DEF / SPEED /SPATQ /SPDEF

You loose 1 spd level (-33%) not 2 speed level (-50%). So your gengar will have 233 -234 spd and will be faster than your metagross. Seems normal to me You are just confused with the fact +1 = +50% and -1 = -33% basically ;)

I'm not sure if it's a real bug or if we are really unlucky but since new excas, the droprate of hidden abilities pokemons having a black ms has been really low ( around the usual 5% with no black ms). Those 2 days I got 1 hidden ability out of 45-50 caught / roleplayed pokemons and one of my friend was testing it today and got 0 hidden ability out of 32 checks. Out of excavations my black ms worked perfectly fine. Maybe it's just bad luck or maybe for some people / all people the black MS is disabled in excavations (like shinies are) I read the patch notes and found nothing about it but maybe it's writen somewhere and I didn't see Good evening ;)

The thing is I (and probably many people did too) bought jet ski for one reason: because it was a really fast surf mount. I am not a big mount spender (especially surf mounts) and I was using the free mount before since there was no difference. I finally invested to farm / move faster on water. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who bought a jetski for farming on water / moving fast through map. Now we get a nerf for absolutely no reason ( why not making shinies mount as fast as the usual jetski without nerfing it ? ). I wouldn't mind at all if shinies mount too were as fast. I just care that I bought a mount (which someone paid for it) because it granted me +100% speed on water and now it's decided that it's only +50% so I loose half its advantages. Right now it feels like we buy something for its advantages and you just come and tell "hey guess what? It was provisory but we forgot to tell you." And if you really want to make kyogre mount shine (since it should be the fastest), just give it a +150% instead of +100%. It would seem totally fair. What should be done is a partial refund ( a NPC to trade a jetski against 80C for example ) so we have the choice to either keep it in its slower version / invest in something else. The best option would be to put it back at +100% and adjust it for the other mounts too ( +0% basic / +100% shiny / +150% kyogre ).

About arkos, there is another banned pokemon which is either suicune or genesect (I'd say suicune probably since it's snorlax style) He refused to fight when I had those 2 and agreed when I came back without

I think it's definitely a good idea since we can't farm legendaries and since low IV legendaries are often quite sad to get ( except phione ). I think however there should be a limitation ( 1 or 2 times max per legendary or 1 month cd between rerolls for same legendary ) Keep the great stuff :)
