I went to evolution and deleveling request trend before twice and delevel my poke from lvl 100 to lvl 98. I go for a battle since my poke is lvl 98 with max happiness in day time ingame after the battle with a mons my riolu went back again to lvl 100 and not lvl 99 and evolution never appears . I lost hope with this poke and I want to trash it now. I need your help evolve it to Lucario I would be glad for your never ending support. .
