  1. Hello @XanthinaRose , It is sad to see TinyPic shutdown. Many well crafted guides on this forum used it. I am not entirely sure what you are asking, but I use imgur.com for my forum signature. Once I upload the picture, I right click (or Ctrl+click for macs) the picture and select "Copy Image Address." It will then generate a link like this: i.imgur.com/4DSfvM6.png. It is very important that the image link starts with "i.imgur". I use that link as the image link since forum signatures do not seem to allow us to upload images directly from our own files.   2. I am sorry for the inconvenience. After consulting with our developers, it seems the issue lies with void.cat. Since you trying to use void.cat, I assume you are on a Windows operating system. Which version of Windows do you currently use? Are you downloading 64 or 32 bits? Which browser have you attempted to use Mega or Mediafire through? Have you attempted to use Mega or Mediafire through different browsers? I appreciate your patience as we find a solution for you. ~ TrollDaddy

  4. Hello @Wolfman1010101 , Download the latest client from PRO CLIENT DOWNLOAD. If you have Windows, opening the client should automatically update. If not, delete all current versions of the files and redownload from the link provided. Let me know if you have issues or more questions. ~ TrollDaddy

  7. @Kalitin I notice you have completed all regions, so clearly that is not an issue. This may be so, however, the tools I have access to tell me you have only battled two of them. Could you revisit these locations and take a screenshot to verify you can no longer see any of them. It is possible this is a bug, but first I need confirmation that you can indeed not see anymore of the legendary beasts. ~TrollDaddy

Hello @Kalitin , In order to choose a Bell, you need to complete the following: Have at least 450 hours playtime Be Hoenn Champion Have all Kanto & Johto Pokémon caught excluded Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mewtwo, Ho - Oh, Lugia which need to be seen only. Make the Legendary Beasts Flee from Bell Tower Encounter Entei, Raikou and Suicune in their respective locations to get the seen data. I checked into the variables of your account and noticed you have only encountered and battled two of the three legendary beasts. (The requirement I highlighted in yellow.) Sadly, I cannot see which beast encounter you are missing. Please refer to our PRO Wiki guide about the Legendary Beasts Quests for "their respective locations" to get their seen data. You can review the guide to see anything else you have missed. Please keep me updated with questions, concerns, or troubles as you continue the quest. ~ TrollDaddy

In the meantime, you can upload your screenshots to https://imgur.com/, then provide the link to those images. Simply click the "New Post" button in the top left corner and upload your images.   11. No worries @SIFUSEVEN ! This issue is pretty common and we have the proper tools to fix it. =P I have gone ahead and unmerged your account. You will have to manually merge your account again, just remember to select BLUE as your main server this time around. This should restore all your previous story progress. You will have to manually merge your account again, but this time remember to select BLUE as your main server.   13. Hello @SIFUSEVEN , I was looking into your stuck party issue I noticed you have over 800 hours playtime, but still not a Kanto champion. This lead me to believe your issue is more than just having a few stuck pokemon in your party. I also noticed you recently came back to the game after a long break and merged your account. Most of your previous progress was on BLUE server, however, I believe when you merged your selected RED server as your main server. I can offer you two solutions. 1. I can unmerge your account. You can then merge your account again, but select BLUE server as your main server. This will restore all your previous story progress. Note: Do not make any trades in the Silver server, otherwise we cannot perform this action. OR 2. I can place all your current party into your PC, allowing you to select a Kanto pokemon from your PC and continue the Kanto story line. Please let me know if I correctly identified the issue and if so, which solution you would like to continue with. I hope to hear back from you soon. ~ TrollDaddy

I was looking into your stuck party issue and noticed your are currently playing through Kanto story line, however, your party is filled with Johto region pokemon. I also noticed you recently came back to the game after a long break and merged your account. You can then merge your account again, but select BLUE server as your main server. This will restore all your previous story progress, most likely placing you in Hoenn. Note: Do not make any trades in the Silver server, otherwise we cannot perform this action. OR 2. I can place all your current party into your PC, allowing you to select a Kanto pokemon from your PC and continue the Kanto story line.   17. Hello @TRE13 , I apologize for the delayed response and the terrible experience you are having. Please help me pinpoint your issue. When you changed phones, did you also change your network provider? Are you able to log into the game when you are using your mobile data? Are you able to log into the game when you are NOT using your mobile data? For example, using WiFi instead of mobile data. Again, I am very sorry for the delayed response.     Hello @Zhuu , That is certainly a long time to find a Ditto on Route 8. Ditto is considered a "Tier 6" spawn on Route 8. The percentage rate for spawns per route is not advertised, however, here are some resources to help you learn more about PRO's spawn rates: List of Pokemon by Rarity Tier from PRO Wiki - Lists all pokemon my their rarity tier. Not always up to date. Reborn Discord Bot on PRO Discord - Head over to the #bot-commands channel and enter "^spawn ditto" to get a list of where Ditto spawns and it's tier rating on that map. Replace Ditto with any pokemon or map name. Pokemon Spawn Suggestions, Feedback & Requests - PreHax is PRO's Spawn Editor. Use this thread to make suggestions, give feedback, or make requests. Repel Trick Guide - Explains what repel tricking is and how to do it in PRO. I know this does not answer "what is the chance to find one freaking ditto", but I hope it helps future hunting escapades.   20. @PokemonBeast , A simple screenshot should not be too big to send via these forums. How large is the file? Yes, if you are able to play PRO on wifi but not your mobile data, it is possible your local service provider blocks PRO. To learn about why they are blocking it, you would have to contact them. That, or you do not have enough remaining data on your mobile data plan to play PRO. Setting up a VPN is out of our scope of help, however, there are some great guides online to help you. I recommend searching around for guides that specifically pertain to your phone, but here are some guides that can help get you started: What is a VPN? How to connect to a VPN on Android.   21. Hello @Angelus604 , I apologize for the delayed response. I appreciate you providing so much information, it helps us narrow down the potential issues. Unfortunately, some providers block PRO. You will have to contact your local provider, in this case T-Mobile, and ask why PRO is blocked. I have consulted with other members of staff who have handled similar cases and people have been able to by-pass this restriction by using a VPN on their phones or tablets. Some people went as far as changing providers, but I understand this is not a convenient option. Please let me know if you have more questions or concerns regarding this issue. ~ TrollDaddy For you as well, @sangwonn04 , I apologize for the delayed response and frustration this situation is causing. If your provider is blocking PRO, you will have to contact them to see why they are doing so. However, using VPN could allow you to bypass this issue. ~ TrollDaddy
  22. Hello @PokemonBeast , I apologize you are experiencing this inconvenience. Could you screenshot this "Crypto Edition"? This is not something I am familiar with and would like to see if other members of staff have experience with this issue. As for your connection using mobile data, it is possible your mobile provider has PRO blocked. This is not something we can assist with. You will have to contact your internet provide and ask why they are blocking PRO. However, many others have used a VPN and were able to play PRO using their mobile data when encountering this issue.   23. Hello @DarkParadise28 , Indeed Red server is gone. Previous Red and Blue server were merged in Silver server. Former Yellow server was renamed into Gold server. I looked into your account and it seems all your former story progress, pokemon, and inventory is currently on Silver serer, not Gold server. Hopefully this addresses your concern.   25. Hello @Niema , There is a known bug with pokemon evolving with happiness. Currently, the only way around it is to lower it's happiness then raise it again. A simple way to do this is allow Budew to faint in a battle then win another battle to raise it's happiness. Unfortunately there is no ETA (estimated time of arrival) for this fix, but I do apologize for it's inconvenience it causes you. Please let me know if this solves your evolution issue. ~ TrollDaddy
