  1. Wasaloy, Klien27, and KinHeo share the same email. You can log into your DASHBOARD to change your email and reset any passwords if necessary.   3. Hello @Waski3126 , I am sorry you experienced this. I have combed through your inventory and you indeed do not have any macho brace. I have also verified there are no macho braces on any of your pokemon in your PC. I also checked to see if perhaps you trashed a pokemon recently that was holding a macho brace. Unfortunately, there was no macho brace to be found. To help replicate the bug, could you please tell me how you first acquired a macho brace? ~ TrollDaddy

Como solución temporal, permite que tu Riolu se debilite en una batalla salvaje (Equipar un Flame Orb, Black Sludge o un Toxic Orb facilita el proceso). Despues, recupera la felicidad y repite el intento de subir de nivel durante el dia. Hazme saber si esto solucionó el problema. ~ TrollDaddy

  11. I read and responded before checking, my mistake. After asking, a developer has run a query to return all pokemon lost through the lending bug. There should be a Volcarona, Slowbro, and Klefki in the back of your PC. Could you please confirm? ~ TrollDaddy

  16. Hello @YeRRoPaLosBarKo , I have consulted with our Content Scripting team and they confirmed there was a visual bug with Hanna on your account. I want to extend our apologies for this inconvenience. The Content Scripting team has fixed the bug. If you close out of your game completely and re-open it, Hanna should now be visible.   20. I apologize for the delayed response, @XanthinaRose. Great question, I am curious as well. After talking with a Forum Admin, I learned PRO forums use Xenforo. Xenforo does not provide an option to allow you to upload images from your computer on signatures. I am not sure why Xenforo does not provide this option. Unfortunately that does not fall under the scope of help I provide. Sorry I could not provide a more definitive answer.   21. @Obey , outside of the PvP bug which is now fixed, there has been no known bugs that cause users to lose money. Unfortunately with more additional proof or information, I can not help you recover lost pokedollars.   23. Hello @Zelkova , I apologize for the inconvenience. Our developers were recently altered about this critical bug. Fortunately, they have already patched a fix and all pokemon lost this way are still recoverable. However, developers must recover each pokemon lost this way manually.   24. @Nimaro , our Developers believe they have pinpointed the issue and fixed it. Your Raichu can be recovered. You and your girlfriend were not the only ones affected, unfortunately. Developers will have to manually recover all pokemon lost this way. It may take awhile before your Raichu is restored. Thank you for being patient.
