  3. Hey @sons8888 , Alright, looks like you are using Windows 7. Let's start by deleting all previous instances of PRO. I know you said you have done this, but please humor me here. Have you also deleted all temporary files? Here is a guide to deleting temporary files on Windows 7. Once you do this, please restart your computer. Now download the PRO Client again. Download Link. Make sure to designate a separate folder to store all your downloads. This will keep all the PRO files organized within your computer. Your computer should run 64 bit, but I recommend downloading the 32 bit version as well just to try. If you are continuing to have issues, try to run PRO in compatibility mode. Here is a quick guide for that. If you are still continuing to have issues, I recommend updating your drivings. Here is a guide to do that on Windows 7. And for a final suggestions this time around, if you are still having issues after trying all these things, it is possible you may need to clear space on your physical memory or RAM. I know this is quite a lot, but these are some common steps you can take when encountering crash issues with PRO on Windows 7. Please try each of these until PRO begins to work for you. Para resolver o problema, eu recomendo deixar o seu Torchic morrer numa batalha selvagem para reduzir a felicidade do pokemon. Depois disso, você poderá evoluir o pokemon após subir de nível de novo.   6. Hello @travorisac , Unfortunately this is not something we can enforce because you willingly made a trade with Fcluckyboy12. However, I encourage you to contact him and attempt to make that deal. The worse he says is "no", but at least you can have the satisfaction of trying. Every player has a forum account, you can contact him by typing in Fcluckyboy12 in the "Find Member" search bar on our MEMBERS forum page. Here are some great resources to help you learn more about pokemon. They are websites I personally use: Smogon Strategy Pokedex - Great for learning suggested pvp strategies. PRO is most closely related to "OU" format. PRO differs a lot, but its a great starting point. Bulbapedia - Great for sorting pokemon by stats, typing, and all other sorts of things. Great for learning the history of some pokemon too. I always refrence these sites when making a purchase decision to compare them to other potential options. I also apologize for the delayed response, I have consulted with our amazing Content Scripting team to solve the issue. They were able to move the Rhyhorn just behind the green haired Rocket Grunt.   8. Hello @BryanGS , That is terrible! I am sorry you are experiencing this. This seems like a serious bug. I noticed you play primarily on Silver Server and are referencing the safari in Kanto. Are you able to replicate this bug with video evidence? However, I suspect it was not a bug. Yesterday, PRO experienced some server crashes. PRO is still in Beta and while we do everything in our power to prevent it, servers do crash. We do not offer refunds for safari passes in these situations, but please understand these server crashes are not intentional and we do work very hard to prevent and correct server issues when they occur.   9. Hello @Saouls , That is troublesome. Let me suggest a few things. When trading, do you or your friend have a slot open in your party? If the Haunter goes straight into your PC, it will not evolve. Try to ask your friend to only have two or three pokemon in your party, same as you, then try to trade evolve again. This will ensure the Haunter does not transfer to the PC immediately. I apologize if you have already tried this, but please try once more. There is currently a known bug where pokemon fail to evolve once they reach full happiness. Trading reduces happiness, but you may need to battle with your Haunter once and then try to trade again. There is no ETA on this bug fix. I would like to help you. Please let me know if either of these solution works, if not we will continue to work together to get your Haunter evolved. ~ TrollDaddy

I believe I was able to pinpoint the Bold Clefable you are searching for: ID# 20761092, Bold MG Clefable traded from Bristelback to Sentrypercy. I believe it is with Sentrypercy.   14. I would need some type of evidence, such as triggering a bug that causes you to lose money. Fortunately, there is no known bug in PRO that causes this. However, if you have evidence of a bug being the cause of your lost money, that would help. Sadly, without any proof, I cannot help you recover this loss.   16. Hello @Lightwaves , Alolan-Grimer spawns on Kalijodo Path. Kalijodo Path is located in Vulcan Island, which is only available during our Summer Events. Vulcan Island can be accessed by talking to Sailor Dionisis in various ports, namely Vermilion City, Olivine City, Slateport City and Canalave City. Vulcan Island trainers are tough, so I recommend bringing high level pokemon, ideally level 100, when you visit.   17. Your account has been active since July 31st. Unfortunately a screenshot from then would not help. Blacking out against a gym leader does cause you to lose money. It is possible though the amount lost was too small for you to notice. Is there anything you can provide to me that might help prove you have lost 100k? ~ TrollDaddy
  18. Hello @hoavame ! That is terrible! I checked your recent trade logs and seems like on July 30th you spent a total of 80k through trades. However, it looks like you've been playing a bit this past week. Let's go over some things you may have done to spend or lose money recently: Traveled using the Subway or Boat. Spent money at the Pokemarket, such as Pokeballs or Escape Ropes. Black out (all pokemon died) during a wild or trainer battle. Did any of these things happen recently? If not, do you think it is possible maybe you are mistaken? Hope to hear back from you soon. ~ TrollDaddy

  20. Hello @editigre , I have consulted with other staff members to see if we could recreate this issue. During all of our tests, Shaymin and Shaymin-Fly never lost it's held item during a Reroll or Nature Reroll process. We tested specifically with Choice Specs. We also tested if transforming Shaymin into Shyamin-Sky caused it to lose it's held item, but it never did. Unfortunately, without video evidence of your Choice Specs being lost, we cannot restore it. I apologize for the inconvenience a potential bug has caused you.   21. Hello @SpaceKing , Welcome back to PRO! Unfortunately this is not a service we offer regularly. We only offer account resets during special events, but that event just ended August 2nd. However, according to #2 of our OVERALL GAME RULES you are allowed to own up to four accounts as long as each account is linked to a different email. This means you can create a new account to start fresh. I understand that is not exactly what you want, but it is the best alternative to your request.   24. Detective Pikachu themes timed with the release of them movie would certainly be a lot of fun. I will run this by management to see if its possible! Can't promise anything tho.
