Hi there, @Goldish I am sorry for the inconvenience that you are experiencing. To address your issue, Rotom only spawns in Mt. Coronet if you meet the requirement needed which is being the Sinnoh League Champion. Once you have defeated the Sinnoh League, you may head back to Mt.Coronet and encounter Rotom. Unfortunately, the move Hone Claws is not coded correctly as yet, I cannot give you an ETA on when this move will be correctly coded for use. Unfortunately, you will not be able to recover the 260ish point Pokemon that you lost in the Bug Contest due to the server crashing or the money you lost due to using Nurse Joy.
