  2. Hi there, @Pokbear I would like to start off by saying sorry for the inconvenience that you are experiencing. To shed some light on your issue, I can confirm with a 100% accuracy that is not a bug. This is because Fire Type Pokémon cannot be burned. Flame Orb is: Since a Fire Type Pokémon cannot be burned, Flame Orb consequently did not active on your Flareon despite it having the guts ability. Now as for a solution I recommend using Toxic orb instead Flame Orb. Toxic Orbs works the same exact way as the Flame Orb but it inflicts a Poison Status instead of a Burned Status.   3. Hi there again, Unfortunately we cannot give you the money you lost due to the disconnection. When you were disconnected the game registered it as if you lost the battle and unfortunately you lose 5 percent of your total money when you lose a battle and blackout. Due to our Policy stated in the Common Issues Thread we cannot give you the money that you lost. If you have further questions please refer to the Common Issues Thread down below.   5. Hi there, @Akhmadzaky0895 I am sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Unfortunately once you start the Heatran Quest your Masterball and Rare Candies will be taken from you at the start of the Quest to ensure difficulty during the quest. After completing the Heatran Quest, you can talk to Buck inside Stark Mountain Main Cavern to get your Masterball and Rare Candy back.   6. Hi there, @sarks I am sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. To address your issue down below I have a few possible ways that a Magnezone could have out sped your Salamence 1. Trickroom: With that being said, Is it possible that the move trick room was active? Since Magnezone is slower than your Salamence, Trickroom would allow it to go first while active. 2. Quick Claw: Quick Claw allows pokemon to occasionally move first. This is what possibly could have let Magnezone out speed your Salamence. I hope this helps! You simply have to go in one of the following locations down below, interact with the boxes on that floor and choose the form of Rotom you prefer.   9. Hi there, @nave420 I'm sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Unfortunately, Rotom can no longer evolve in designated routes like it used to. Rotom now evolves by taking over certain appliances like in the real games. Below I have the locations names of where you can find boxes which contain different appliances for evolving your Rotom. You simply have to go in one of the following locations, interact with the boxes and choose the form of Rotom you prefer. PLEASE NOTE: That each Appliance corresponds to a different form of Rotom. From there you can level it and have it evolve into Weepinbell and then use a Leaf stone to evolve it further into a Victreebel.   17. Hi there, @thinhpb1905 I am sorry for the trouble, unfortunately if you do not either catch Manaphy regularly or catch it after defeating Nikola you may never have another chance to catch it. Currently there is no estimated time for when the event will end or if it will ever return in the future so as of now this event may be the only time you can ever catch it We cannot reset the cool down of your Nikola boss timer nor can we reset your Manaphy Questline. You will have to remain patient until your nikola boss timer is up For Future reference please Refrain from making double threads over the same topic. To answer your question, unfortunately there is no way to obtain or catch Darkrai as it was an exclusive for the PRO Halloween 2017. As far as it stands there is no estimated time for when the darkrai event will come back to PRO or if it ever will. It's unfortunate you missed it but as I said there is no way to obtain it. To address your issue, could please try the options that I have below for you ~ Try Alt+Tab ︎ ~ Use an Escape Rope ︎ ~ Try battling another player and losing, this should bring you back to your last visited Pokecenter ︎ ~ Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar ︎ ~ Log out, and then back in ︎ ~ Close the whole client and start PRO again Please let me know if any of those options options help you with you problem.   22. Hi there, @xxLegendaryARES I would like to start off by saying sorry for the inconvenience that you are experiencing but currently there is no way for you to redo the Manaphy Quest. However, I am pleased to say that the developers are working on what might be a fix for everyone who didn't catch Manaphy due to loss of connection. The alternative will be fairly simple. All you have to do is fight and defeat the boss Nikola in the Unknown Place, Trainer's Valley to regain your chance at Manaphy.   24. Hi there , @aunsparrow I am sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. After checking your account I see you have 9 Hours on Silver server but you have 17 hours on the Gold server. Are sure that you didn't want to log into gold server instead? or did you mistakenly choose red server as you man account when merging?
