Hello @futz 1. No, there are no bugs in switching server. You are safe to do. 2. Your cooldown starts when you switched servers, and it is for 30 Days, however if you wish to transfer before the cooldown reset, then 100 coins will be charged for it. 3. Yes, it can be done my any moderator. You have to make a request for it. 4. Sorry, I don't know about it. Regards.

Hello @quantingnide • Try Alt+Tab. • Doing a friendly battle with someone (/battle) and either lose or surrender. • Use an Escape Rope. • Disabling "Allow Controller" in Key Binding Settings. • Try typing /ref into the chat bar, or clicking the refresh arrow on the bottom toolbar. • Log out, and then back in. • Close the whole client and start PRO again. If you are still stuck, then wait for moderators help. Regards

Unfortunately, this option only works for windows only. For Android, we have to re-download the latest client.
