You probably have missed one crystal. It is situated at 2F near the stairs. 

 

Can you please check it once again? 

Keep in mind the there are total 4 crystals activate.

You must have to activate 4 crystals in order to proceed. Three are on the same floor as shown in your screenshots. And the remaining one is at 2F (near the stairs).

Simply transfer your server via Dashboard and create a new guild in the respective server. 

>Staff don't transfer servers for your guild, you have to do it manually as I told above.

Trade evolution can be done by trading pokemons at any level.

 

Mysterious candy works only in a case where your pokemon need level up to evolve and your pokemon is at max level.
