  1. Hello @JrBusher, I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. I have checked our tools and can see you have merged the wrong account. Your account has now been unmerged. You will need to merge your account by logging in to the DASHBOARD. When you arrive at the Dashboard you will be given an option to merge, Select the desired merge option which will be the BLUE server (as this is the server with the most amount of badges), once you get the successful merge dialogue, you're done! I recommend reading the EVERYTHING ABOUT THE MERGE post for any question related to merging. If you happen to get the Invalid Password/Username error, please go ahead and change your password here PASSWORD RESET ensuring that it is alphanumerical (characters from a to z and from 0 to 9) If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Could you please try the following to see if they help you evolve your Prinplup. ‣ Restart your client. ‣ Completely close and re-open your client. ‣ Let the pokemon faint, close the client and re-open, battle a pokemon. Hello @Mrpikalink, Because you chose Pikachu as your starter you were able to activate the "Ash Ketchum Hat Quest" when battling him in Viridian Forest, you would have then talked to him again on route 9. You can take a look at the guide by following the link below. Ash's Hat quest Because you were able to find the hat on a Mankey you can now make your way back to Ash Ketchum and he will reward you with his hat.   7. Hello @LostDragon02, I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. Could you please make your way through to the bell tower room to check if the legendary dogs are there, you can see below for an example. [spoiler=Bell Tower] If they are still there you will need to interact with them to make the legendary dogs flee, once you have done so you will be able to fight the 3 legendary dogs in their respective locations.   10. Hello @phamhoanganh14, I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused. I have gone through and checked on our tools and it seems like you only have fought 2 out of the 3 legendary dogs. Could you please go back to each legendary dog's respective area to check which one you have missed, could you please make sure to take screenshots just in case they are not there, once you have you can show them here. you can find their areas below. [spoiler=Legendary Beasts Location] Entei, you need to go to the Johto Safari Mountain Zone and battle Entei in the small island surrounded by lava. Suicune, you need to go to Tohjo Falls and battle Suicune which is located on the top of the right waterfall. Raikou, you need to go to Mt. Silver 3F Looking forward to your reply. All you need to do is make a post in the REGION LOCK POKEMON MEGATHREAD . Please make sure to read through the rules carefully over on the thread. Please keep in mind that if you have a pokemon that you wish to keep that is region-locked, that you will then need to complete the current region you are in and visit the region the pokemon is from.     Hello @josep2001, A Feebas will need to be holding a Prism Scale while being traded to evolve into Milotic. You can find Feebas in Route 119B in Hoenn as well as in the Briny site for excavation. I hope the information provided helps. Have a lovely day. Kind regards, Livana.

  18. Hello @zefiril, I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately you may have been apart of a wipe that happened in the past. Your account would’ve been wiped if it was inactive for a year and had less than 10 hours on it. This was done to stabilize the server due to numerous crashes. Since your account was wiped, then we wouldn’t be able to retrieve your data. In this case, we may be able to offer you an account reset. Are you interested in taking this offer? Connection crash, that logs you out and you are bought back to the login page or if the client crashes and the app closes completely. Are you receiving any errors when this happens also?   23. Hello @MrHuE I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately when it comes to catching pokemon it is all RNG based, meaning it is not a 100% chance catch rate with the first pokeball you use against the pokemon, as it is with encountering pokemon. I can guarantee that this is not a bug and no such bug like this exists within PRO. I hope i have given you enough information in regards to this. Kind regards, Livana.
