Hello @DKLexZ, I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. Our developers are aware of this bug. Fortunately, they have already patched a fix and all pokemon lost this way and are still recoverable. However, developers must recover each pokemon lost this way manually. Please be patient in the meantime and remember that there is no estimated time as to when we will be able to provide you with any news about this specific case as it might take a bit. I have checked our tools and can see you only have 115 caught Kanto data, you will need to acquire 120 caught Kanto data to be able to travel to Trainers Valley. I have gone ahead and de-leveled your Riolu, could you please try the following to see if they help you evolve your Riolu. ⣠Restart your client. ⣠Completely close and re-open your client. ⣠Let the pokemon faint, close the client and re-open, battle a pokemon. ⣠Lower its happiness, raise it and try to evolve then. Hello @DeIta, I am sorry for the inconvenience caused, For you to be able to travel to Birth Island, you will need to be the Champion of Sinnoh, once you have done so, you will then be able to use the Mysterious Captian to then travel to Birth Island. If you are trying to evolve your Eevee into a Glaceon you will need to do so by leveling up in either the Low Tides Room or on Route 217. Please let me know if that helps.
