Could you please try to follow the procedure below and tell me if it solves your issue: Delete/Unistall the old client of PRO and delete all the remaining files Totally disable your antivirus and firewall Download the latest client from PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD Place the folder of your client into your documents or downloads, not directly into the disk Run the game with administrators power Do note that sometimes a restart of your device may be required in order to delete/install the application. Also, in case it should work, remember to re-activate your antivirus and firewall and add an exception to the PROClient folder. Looking forward to your reply, have a good day. Kind regards, Contrary

This due to players who accepted their loss in the past, it would be unfair to refund your money now because we didn't refund them aswell. About the rollback Once again I am sorry for the caused inconvenience and hope for your understanding. We can't refund the money, but I can give you some tips to make some. Some easy ways to make money: Do diggspots (3day cooldown) Battle Bosses/NPC's. (You can check the cooldown of the bosses with the Boss cooldown checker in Celadon city.
