Hello, I see that you transferred your account yesterday (or it was your friend), sadly we don't offer to return the accounts if it is an accident. The reasons are simple you get a notification if you are sure to change server and if you gave someone the account details and they switched server that is totally your doing, sorry. You can return for free in 1 month (24 September) using the dashboard. If you wish to return earlier you will be charged 100 coins like everyone else. Hope this has answered it for you. Hello, It seems that you had 2 rating at the end of the season and for getting access to guild island you need 10+ rating. Here is evidence of it at 2.30 AM GMT+2 (just before season ending). Hello, I am sorry for the caused inconvenience. Sad to hear that your game froze when you were heading to the marking room. I will contact our scripters to look into the issue so it doesn't happen again in the future. Sadly we can't get you back in the marking room, so it's a lost opportunity for now. You can enter again when the global cooldown for the BCC resets, it's everyday at 12am gmt+0. Further I would like to inform you that re-logging in a friendly or wild battle always teleports you to the Pokemon center, so this was not a way to fix this issue. Hope this has asnwered it for you.
