  1. The intention of the island is for end-game players to have something (cool) to do. Invested time is rewarded.
  2. The reason why you lost them is because you started the Pinkan Quest and have neither completed it, nor talked to the ranger after going out of the reserve. I checked your game data, and all your pokeballs, master ball included are with the ranger in Pinkan City.. Maybe, So now what should I do to get them back? I already mentioned how to get them back... Doing either of these will give you your pokeballs back.
  3. Look in your box, it should be there now. Do try to take care of your Pokemon please.
  4. The reason why you lost them is because you started the Pinkan Quest and have neither completed it, nor talked to the ranger after going out of the reserve. I checked your game data, and all your pokeballs, master ball included are with the ranger in Pinkan City..
  5. Your Dugtrio should be in your PC again. Please take great care of your Pokemon next time :)
  6. I just checked your game data. It doesn't look like you have the complete caught info from the Johto Dex (excluding the legendaries)...
  7. No bugs there. XD001 is its name, and yes it's Shadow Lugia. Locking the topic.
  8. Hi Amosmz, Your quest was indeed bugged from the disconnection. I have reset the quest, so you now need to interact with your Hoenn house TV again and look for the Latias again. Talking to the PC will not fix this quest.
  9. This has been fixed. Thanks for the report! :Shy:
  10. Apologies for the delay. Please try to talk to the NPC in Valley of Steel again. I have reset your quest. Groon should properly appear after that. i have the sameproblem could you reset my quest please. also with the legendary dog quest I got my bell along time ago but don't remember what I got. can I still choose a different dog or am I stuck with it now? Just talk to the NPC in Valley of Steel. I just added a bit that should make Groon reappear in the background process, for all those affected by the problem. As for the other quest, please create another thread for it. Thor is the one working on that quest.
  11. Both Lapras and Mew should be visible for you now. Let me know how it goes.
  12. Thank you for the report! This has been fixed and will be effective on the next server reboot. The second small hat is supposed to be a brown hat.
  13. Not a big issue since you'll still have to get it above 0 to be able to get new stuff, but it should be fixed now.
  14. Apologies for the delay. Please try to talk to the NPC in Valley of Steel again. I have reset your quest. Groon should properly appear after that.
  15. Please check your PC at the last position.
  16. Hi there! Please check your PC at the last slot and let me know :)
  17. This was the intention of Thor. Should be fixed now.
  18. Your Pokemon has been restored. Please check your PC :)
  19. Fixed. Read the first post on the thread. I have no idea what NPC you are talking about when you say 'evry npc'.
  20. Like it has been mentioned before, this is an unfortunate bug that cannot be fixed for players who got in Hoenn during the time the bug was present. I am very sorry that you happen to be one of the players who were affected by the bug. In contrast, the Terms and Conditions for registering an account on PRO mention that we do not owe anything to players in case of damages. This said, we do try to make things back right where possible, which is not the case here, which means you agreed to play a game with whatever bugs it could have. Finally, it's not an irreversible situation. Now that you have talked to Prof Birch, the game server will start counting your game hours as Hoenn hours, such that you only need to play a bit more to get what you are looking for. You mentioned having more than 1000 hours, right? 150 more hours is 15% more, which is not a lot, in contrast. If you have a complaint, feel free to do so on the complaints subforum. Otherwise, there is nothing more to add to this thread, thus I will be locking it. Thank you for reading and apologies again for the bug we cannot fix.
  21. No, they won't be 100% pink due to the circumstances that occurred on the island. If you read the story and follow through the quest, you'll learn why they are not all pink. The reason for the high requirements is that it's a current end-game content; meaning the players expected to get there are players who did most if not everything else in the game; for them those requirements won't be as high as how a new player would see them. The reason for the Rattata for Hoenn entrance as I understand it is to restrict the speed at which players would get into Hoenn. At the time it was released, all the servers were packed full and new content means lots of possible bugs. It would be much more devastating to have 4500 players with the same bug than say 30 of them, those who would get the bug, report it and get it fixed before the other 4470 other players get there, and it's much easier to fix 30 player's game than 4500.
  22. Re: Hoenn Teleport quest giving me cancer <t>Locking as you already completed your quest and it wasn't a bug.</t>
  23. Ok great, I'll close this topic, and if there's something wrong, do report it. Thanks ^^
  24. Ah, it was a typo in the script that was checking a different NPC. Try now?
