I thought I fixed that too... I guess the server didn't correctly update it or something, anyway, I fixed it again and hopefully it doesn't revert to the previous one. Sorry, I don't know where that is. I didn't script everything in PRO so... that's why I mention that reports should clearly give the map name. Thanks

Not an NPC/Script bug. Not all the tutor learnset of Pokemon have been database mapped, that's a game server data update issue.

Hi Stefan, We couldn't find your Skarmory, and there could be a number of reasons for it. a) Can it be that the ID that you provided is wrong? b) Can it be that the Skarmory was released a long time ago? That will mean that it might have been permanently deleted as released Pokemon are periodically wiped from the server to free up space.

-Moved to proper forum- NPC pokemon details are handled by the server/client, not the NPC scripts.

Sorry, but that is not happening. There are a lot of features already at increasing number of hours. You might have completed the Hoenn league, but I also see you didn't do a lot of the other cool stuff in the game. I'm sure that by the time you did them, you'd have enough hours to go to Pinkan Island.
