Hello @JullietV, Sorry for the inconvenience, but are you sure you played on Gold? I checked our Tools and it looks like you played on Blue Server. If that should be the case you just need to Merge your Accounts like shown here (make sure to pick Blue Server as your Main Server) and then log into Silver Server. Sometimes during the merging the Password does not sync correctly. In that case you just need to reset it again here (after the Merge). Please let me know if that solved your Problem. edit: Or maybe you confused it with your "julls" Account. You played on Gold with that one Greetings, M3ru3m
