Hello @Maela, We do not offer Account Resets at the moment, but you can either keep an eye out on the Announcements Channel of our PRO Discord since it will be announced there as soon as we offer them :-) Or you can start a new Playthrough on the other Server if you haven't already (you can even transfer for free at your Dashboard). Hello @Stebbs13, As Waleed1301 already said was the Quest to go to Sinnoh changed as announced in our Discord. So the old one got removed, sadly that includes all the Progress made already aswell. You can start the new Quest by talking to Paul next to the Lighthouse in Lilycove. And if you need help you can check out the Guide from Bhimoso. I hope that helped. Greetings, M3ru3m

Hello @TOLGAGT, I don't know why you need that for World Quest, but you need a Ground Type Poke that is able to lern surf in you Team to be able to surf there. It's Part of the Kyurem Quest. Swampert or Wooper/Quagsire are often used. I hope that helped. Greetings, M3ru3m
