    Auctions cannot be cancelled once started. Originally, this auction was started in-game by 666g0d999 with a 1m bid at 00:41 GMT+0.

     

    This means this auction ended at 01:41 GMT+0, which was before you listed the auction on forums. Therefore the auction you have started on the forums is void. I apologise to any bidders who have showed interest so far.

     

    If the winner of the auction won with a bid of 9m, and ran away - you should report this and let TMODs handle what action should happen next.

     

    With that being said, do you have evidence of this final bid for 9m in-game? I cannot see there was any bids acknowledged after Bloodstone47's bid of 5m last announced at 01:05 GMT+0.

    There's a couple things with this auction that need to be addressed:

     

    You did not upload any evidence with a timestamp to support Aminnation's start bid. Do you have this? If so, please edit this post and attach it.

     

    Based on Aminnation's s.o. being genuine, this auction was due to end at 11:44PM Wed 19th GMT+0, however, as stated in the Auction Rules (No. 3) - if the auction receives a bid during the final 15 minutes, the end time is delayed to +15 minutes from that bid, UNTIL someone remains the c.o. for 15 full minutes, and then the auction will end.

     

    This means that @DeIta is the rightful winner at 24.3m with this post as it was the final bid that lasted for the full 15 minutes as c.o. after the initial end point was delayed.

     

    I will unlock this thread for reply.

    Not to worry - for this time, and for the sake of not confusing anyone last minute, the 2:25AM GMT+0 time will stand - which is 3 hours and 52 minutes from this post.

     

    In future, if you receive any in-game bids or start offers, you must have evidence of these and update the forum thread accordingly, as this helps to protect you from false bids, but also protects bidders from being misled.

    There's some confusion about the exact start and end-time of this auction.

     

    In your initial post, you stated "12:56 9m by Meo195 1D left" even though have have started this auction ends 24hrs after first offer - be aware that all c.o's must be supported with sufficient evidence in the auction thread.

     

    As it stands, unless you can amend your original post with evidence of Meo195's starting bid with timestamps - @Igordhossegor started this auction at 3:09PM GMT. That means from this post now, there is 19h and 31 minutes remaining on this auction.

    hai something went wrong in a trade evolve with player houdinigod i wanted to evolve trade my dusclops into duskonoir with reaper cloth so that guy wanted to help me but i did not saw it will region locked the poke and i didnt knew he did not went to sinnoh so now i lost my poke while he wanted to give back but couldn't cause of region blocked just dont get it why he accepted cause you can see before accepting if it will region blocked so now i lost my poke and i really want him back i have screenshots i send one of them i habe more to clear it out

    Has recibido esta advertencia ya que ha sido tu primera infraccion sobre "Falsa Compra". Es solo una advertencia porque entendemos que a veces las personas cometen errores, y tambien porque, en algunos casos, no entiended completamente las reglas.

     

    Para ayudarte a entender mas acerca de que trata la "Falsa Compra", por favor lee las Reglas de Intercambio - La seccion de Glosario de Intercambios tambien es de ayuda en este caso.

     

    Ya que mencionaste que no dominas el ingles bien, te explicare aqui: La Falsa Compra es cuando estas haciendo un trato o negocio para comprar, pero cancelas en el ultimo momento (Ya sea cerrar la sesion, decidir que ya no lo compraras, etc). Un trato o negocio se establece en el momento en que, AMBOS, el precio y lugar se establecen - Una vez que tu y el vendedor establecen estos terminos, ninguno de los dos puede cancelar el trato o negocio.

     

    Ademas, en cuanto a perder tu cuenta - El Staff siempre castigara de acuerdo a la Politica de Castigos. Hay varios niveles de castigos dependiendo de cual regla se ha roto, por lo que es bueno entender siempre todas las Reglas del Juego para asegurar que las estas siguiendo.

    You received this warning as it was your first False Buying infraction. It is only a warning as we understand sometimes mistakes are made, and also in some cases, you may not fully understand the rules.

     

    To help you understand more about what False Buying is, please read the Trade Rules - the Trade Terminology section is also helpful for this.

    Since you mentioned you do not understand English well, I will explain here: False Buying is when you make an agreement to buy, but back out on the deal (i.e. log out, decide not to buy anymore etc). A deal is made once BOTH price and location are agreed - once you and the other trader have agreed on both, neither of you can back out of the trade.

     

    Also, in regards to losing your account - Staff will always punish in accordance to the Punishment Policy. There are varying levels of punishment that depend on what rule has been broken, so it's always good to understand all the Game Rules to make sure that you are following them.

    Well I just got trade ban. The auction will end approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes later. I did do the appeal on forum but lets see.

    As for the winner you can wait a bit more till they lift the ban or just cancel the bid I won't blame you since the problem is on my side.

    Or I can just increase the auction duration.

    Let me know what you guys want :)

     

    You cannot pause an auction because you have been trade banned. The auction is to continue as normal.

     

    As it began on May 31st at 6:57AM UTC, this ended today Jun 1st at 6:57AM.

     

    This makes this the winning bid:

    900k if still open

     

    @headhunter1116 - since you no longer have the funds to fulfil the agreement, although you did at the time of your bid - this auction is null and void.

     

    @TheoBooBoo - please restart the auction once your trade ban is over and follow the Auction Guidelines.

     

    I will lock this auction as closed.

    Hi Arijec123,

     

    Not to worry, it's normal that a Pokemon will be region locked, if the player hasn't completed the final gym in the region they're in.

     

    Could you please share their username and evidence that you're both happy for me to reverse the trade?

     

    Also for future reference, should anything similar happen again, you can use the Region Locked Megathread to request this. :)

    Hi! Thanks for answering so fast. Deffinetely I did a mistake, I wrote the user's name in the Tittle space. The mailbox was for TitusIsPro, the person whe sent me it first.

    Since the account you mailed the Pick Axe to is a 0hr account, the item is lost in kind of a "limbo" for lack of better word - sadly as it stands it's not recoverable. We have asked a Dev to help!

     

    I'll update you once we know more, but I wanted to let you know what was going on in the meantime.
