  3. Hi there @SeanySilvex653 Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately there is no way to make PRO as an official registered game to detect for apple. Doing so would require for apple to approve of the application in their own MAC store and due to the game being fan-made, based on Nintendo content, it's unfortunately not a possible option. However you can bypass having to go to the security features by using Control + click when opening the application after downloading. You should get the option to open, which will let you open the game without having to go into the settings after every download. You can read more on this feature here if you'd like. It's good to note that you'll only need to do this once per client update (when you redownload the game) so it shouldn't bother you very often. User's privacy is important and we do not want anyone to be harassed or deranged over a sale just because of their sentimental value (Even if that might not be your case). As much as it's unfortunate for you, it's definitely something that could happen if we gave the name of a current owner to anyone else. I'm sorry that we can't be of more help.   8. Hi there @charank358 Unfortunately we have to deny your request. We cannot account for a player's fault when doing a quest and choosing the wrong path. Furthermore, resetting the quest just in order to make it easier for a specific player would be unfair to other players and would be seen as favoritism. I would recommend trying to look for some youtube guides or lend from other players to help you finish the quest. Thank you for your understanding.   11. Releasing the first meditite wouldn't affect the quest. The only thing that matters is that you caught the meditite after you spoke to brawly when he asks you to get one (at this step). It looks like you simply did not caught the one you are using after speaking to him

  13. According to your variables it looks like you spoke to Brawly on the 7th of June in GMT+0 time. The most recent medicham that you have currently has been caught before that, on the 6th of June. Are you sure that you interacted with Brawly (When he asks you to get a medicham in the last step, not when you started the quest) and then caught the medicham ?

  16. Hi there @Gale7 After further investigation we were unable to find any choice band in your Gale7 account. Whether it's in your bag, as an hold item on your pokemon or even in your trade logs. The only plausible explanation for this would be that the server most likely crashed shortly after your fight and rollbacked your fight and rewards, for which we unfortunately cannot refund. Although the answer might disappoint you, please try to understand that there is nothing we can do to further your case. Giving you back a choice band would be unfair to other players in the past who lost rewards due to servers instabilities. Have a nice day nevertheless!

  19. Un-merged your account so that you may re-merge on the dashboard. Sorry for not mentioning it earlier, but the correct one to select for the merge in your case is the blue server. It's probable that you cannot connect to the Silver server (Silver was created from the blue and red server that were merged in one server) after merging, you will have to reset your password. Either on the dashboard on the forgot password option of the website
  20. No worries, usually this happens because you merged with the wrong server as your main which makes you lose your progress. Fortunately because you didn't do any trades or transferred we can offer you an unmerge of your account. This will let you merge once again, this time choosing the right server. You'll have everything you had back (Badges/pokemons) after your merge. Do you agree to have your account un-merged ?

  22. Hi there @Thunderking1 Apologies for the delay. Dig, headbutt and excavations sites will be back once the new server version is released in the next client update. Testing is still on-going on the test server if you'd like. There is no estimated time as to when this will be released, but you can check up on the announcement channel in PRO discord since their return will be announced there. You can do price checks in the following sections of the forum (Silver - Gold).You are also allowed to do price checks in the trade zones on discord or in the all-chat/help chat in-game. As for PVP tips I would recommend looking out either in the PVP section of the forum, in the PVP-and-Showdown channel on PRO discord or even on PvP websites such as Smogon. Youtube is also filled with youtubers that creates PVP content for pokemon in general. Let me know if you have any other question, have a splendid day!

As specified in the name change page, it is mentioned that it could take up to 48 hours to be processed, it's definitely possible that it could take more than that. Keep in mind that staff members are volunteers and that the ones responsible for name change they might have been busy currently. Rest assured that it will get looked into soon; in the case where your name change is denied you will be notified and the coins will be sent back to your account.   24. Hi there @Looni Apologies for the inconvenience. As mentioned by Norex the purchase of the service can either cost 2 rerolls tickets, 1 mysterious ticket or 1.2 million pokedollars. Those items will be lost since they are spent for the service. The next rerolls you use in the next hour, up to 10, will be doubled. I'm afraid that we cannot refund those rerolls to you, as the NPC in-game mentions clearly that those rerolls will be spent for the service when the dialogue is prompted. Furthermore it would be unfair to other players who mistakenly understood the feature and didn't get a refund either. Instead we will try to help by listing where you can obtain rerolls ticket : It's good to note that you can combine two nature reroll ticket into a reroll ticket with the NPC in vermilion city.
