  1. According to your pokedex you do not have all the caught datas from the Hoenn region. Make sure to look for any pokemon that doesn't have the pokeball icon in your pokedex, between #252 & #376.

Fortunately because you didn't do any trades or transfer servers I can help with that. Keep in mind that you will lose any bit of progress that you did between the time when you merged and right now. Please confirm that you indeed want an un-merge, knowing that you will lose this small portion of progress. Looking forward to your answer.

I have moved your thread over to General Support since it was not a suggestion, those are when you are interested into making a game suggestion. Make sure to use the General support section or the Bug Resolution Center for such issues in the future. As mentioned by Siez, you are required to obtain all the eevolutions caught data in order to challenge Xylos. Looking at your pokedex it looks like you are missing the caught data of Flareon. Unfortunately as mentioned by Shiroufubuki, this is an intended interaction between the ability Infiltrator and substitute. We can see below that infiltrator lets you pass substitute and inflict the damage directly to your pokemon. Let me know if anything is unclear or if you have any other concern. Have a nice day.
  11. Your monitor seems to be running at 64hz, as we can see on your screenshot. Can you look into your Nvidia settings and see if you can manually add your current resolution to your settings ?

  13. Hi there @furylemon97. Apologies in the delayed response. Unfortunately there is no longer a way to look directly at your guildmates individual ratings through discord. This is due to some changes made on the discord side concerning bots that affected Reborn, some commands had to be removed. As of right now I'm afraid that there is no way to look at it individually. Let me know if you have any other question/concern.
  14. Hi there @LordMystOP. Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately is it impossible for us to restore a pokemon that might have been fainted during a fight. The pokemons are saved in our database after catching it and as such there's nothing to restore. It's strange that Nikola is saying to you as he should work in the events where you failed to catch a legendary pokemon. Have you tried returning to the moon and interacting with the stone to see if Jirachi still appears ? If not, do you remember how much time has it been since you failed to catch Jirachi ? Looking forward to your answer.
  15. Hi there @Wacht. Apologies in the delay of the response. Considering all the details you included (Other devices working on same Wi-Fi), I'm inclining to say that there's an issue with one of the parameters of the device. Is there anything installed such as an anti-virus or firewall (outside of the default windows) ? My guess is that one application/parameter is blocking the device from communicating to PRO servers. Looking forward to your answer.
  16. We can try some things but unfortunately a phone is much more limited compared to a computer to troubleshoot FPS issues. Did you went through any update on your phone recently ? Try disabling animations/lightning effects in PRO settings / Try running v-sync on PRO as well. Try closing as much apps as possible when playing PRO Let me know if any of those helped.

I'm afraid that I don't know the exact specific regarding unused accounts and if you are allowed to create another in its place, that's something you should confirm with a Game master.
  19. Hi there @hesara The summer form of Volcanion was only made available for players who were able to catch it last year during the summer event. It has not returned this year to keep it as an exclusivity. I hope this answered your question. Do keep in mind that your are only allowed to bump your post after going 24 hours unanswered. If on PC, have you tried re-installing your graphic card drivers ? Does this happen on other games as well ? Is v-sync activated on your device ? Looking forward to your answers.

  23. Yep, those accounts count towards your limit even if you lost access to it. You can make a post in the General Complaint Area to have those accounts banned.
  24. Hi there @Proboris. Apologies for the inconvenience. A new client was released today due to some changes that needed to be pushed as soon as possible. You will need to re-download that new client by using the download links on PRO website. Let me know if you need any more help with this.
  25. Hi there @Vclsneedluv. Unfortunately there has been no announcements or confirmations yet if those skins will still be available after the summer event ended. Seeing as how other events handled it's definitely possible that they might not be available after. I would personally recommend to try and complete the Latios/Latias quest as soon as possible if you are interested in the forms. Have a nice day.
