Hi there @Ahir Apologies for the inconvenience. As mentioned by Norex you can transfer for free every 30 days by using the dashboard, every subsequent transfer will cost 100 coins from the Coin shop. Both servers can have crash issues, changing to another server would not necessarily resolve the issue but rest assured that the developers are looking into any of the possible causes. As for the keldeo quest try to interact with all of these levers : You can also see the steps that you have to take by reading the guide on the Wiki. This is unfortunately as much as we can help you regarding this, giving the answer to you would be unfair to all of the other players that had to figure out which levers were the correct ones for them. Hi there @Olker @ThatKid From my understanding this specific NPC in Tanoby ruins was placed there for something that was planned when the sevii islands were first made, it's possible that there is nothing planned for it anymore. It doesn't look like it has any purpose for now, unless the Content scripters decides to release new content related to it. Let me know if you have any other question. Have a nice day!

Hi there @Bhargavpro Apologies for the inconvenience. It looks like you haven't extracted the game yet, you are currently just in the extraction window. Could you try moving the files or extracting the folder to a new location ? You can do so by using a software like winrar, you simply need to press the right button and extract to the desired location. Let me know if that worked. Have a nice day!

Hi there @5ebby As mentioned by Norex, Astrella is the next region that's being worked on currently to be released in the future. There is also plans for the orange islands and Unova. The only information that we have currently is the world map available in-game. Only the staff members that are working on the region currently are aware of whether the region will include gym leaders or not, it's something we'll have to discover when it gets released. As I said lag is mostly related to your device or network, not to a single character. If you're experiencing lag issues on silver it's possible that you will experience them on gold too. Can you share more information regarding on the lag you experience ? On which device does it happen (Android, PC, Both?) Does your friend use the same device as you or a similar one ? Can you share a video of the issue happening ? Have you tried re-installing the client here ? Lookin forward to your answers

If your friend is experiencing issues on silver and you're not, it's most likely that the issue comes from his device/network. Lag is not something that follows a character even when transferring servers, but is based on the device/network used. As I mentioned it's possible that you either experienced a temporary lag from Gold or that your issue is based on your side. Can you give more details what this lag is? What happens when it lags (Is it frame drop, do you get disconnected, etc) Looking forward to your answer

Hi there @bharathmax. Apologies for the delay and the inconvenience. It's highly possible that you might have experienced temporary lag either due to server issues happening or on your side, since you seem to be the only one experiencing it. If your alt account is fine then so should be your main account, as there is no difference in the connection used by those two if you are using the same device/network for both accounts. I would recommend trying to use an Ethernet cable if possible since Wi-fi tends to be more unstable, otherwise try bringing it up to your internet provider. Deleting all your current PRO files and re-downloading the client from here could also help to fix the issue. Alternatively, if possible, try to reduce the amount of applications using your internet. This could clog the bandwith and cause internet issues. Hopefully that helps solve your issue. Have a nice day!

As for the present issue, unfortunately PRO doesn't have any IPV6 support and this is why you are experiencing the issue with mobile data. You can try using a VPN such as https://windscribe.com/ to fix the problem, if it doesn't resolve the issue please try to use another VPN when using mobile data. Delete all your pro files (Including every zip files you had downloaded that relates to PRO) 2. Restart your device 3. Hi there @Seoulmate Apologies for the delayed response. I'm extremely sorry but unfortunately we cannot revert your individual values to the original, your Diancie with 29 speed is not saved in our database. Furthermore if we would revert the values every time under a player's request the iv's re-loader would be pretty much useless and it would be unfair to the other players who had to use this feature. As a general suggestion in that situation I would recommend to deny the IV's change unless they are better than your current ones and you'd like to settle with them. Even if you deny the changes on the first reroll during double hour, you still get your second reroll after. Doing a suggestion in the appropriate area will give it more visibility. By doing so the appropriate party will be able to see your post and think about it. This thread will be locked since we cannot assist you further regarding this, once again I'm sorry we can't be of more help. Have a nice day regardless!

Declining only declines the change of your individual values to the one shown in the preview. The message is pretty fast, so it's possible that you missed the second message, but here is a video evidence tested by myself. Those are your last iv's sets with the rerolls : 23, 10, 8, 12, 21, 24. - 2021-05-16 (Second roll of your second reroll) 21, 28, 23, 10, 26, 8. - 2021-05-16 (Second reroll being used) 28, 1, 6, 27, 13, 30. - 2021-05-16 (Second roll of your first reroll) 11, 13, 21, 3, 8, 6. - 2021-05-16 (1st reroll being used) 1, 6, 27, 2, 29, 15. - 2021-05-16 (The original Landorus you've caught) Let me know if you have any other question or concern regarding the topic. Hi there @MMHieu Apologies for the delay. Following the announcement on discord, the reporter quest was changed and now only accepts freshly caught pokemons. This changed was done in an effort to balance the quest rewards that were considered as too overpowered and could be abused by people with multiple accounts. Getting the chance to obtain multiple rerolls every week just by showing an old pokemon in your PC was deemed as too strong. Feel free to make a suggestion regarding the changes in the appropriate area if you have one, let me know if you have any other question. Have a nice day.
