  5. Hi there @philong. Apologies for the delayed response. Can you make sure that you correctly interacted with all the objects in the 3 parts of the quest in order to receive the gems ? According to your variables you haven't completed entirely all of these parts yet, it's possible that you missed talking to one of the NPCS. Make sure to take screenshots of the dialogues in the 3 locations if it doesn't work out. Looking forward to your answer.

  7. As I mentioned this bug will most likely not be fixed until bosses have a new and proper AI. Developers are already aware of it, but it will take time before getting if fixed.
  8. Hi there @Niteshkuwal9. Nikola is refusing to fight you because you've already used his services in order to restore your Azelf. He can only restore it once if you've failed to catch it or released it accidentally. I can restore the last Azelf you have caught if that works for you. Looking forward to your answer.

I would like to inform you that this is not a bug, as mentioned in this thread, the server API works with title-cased usernames everywhere and reworking requires a great amount of time. Unfortunately the time spent to do this would not be worth it over a few letters being capitalized, and the developers would prefer use the time to work on other projects. Hopefully this answer your question, let me know if anything is unclear.

  15. Hi there @hesara. Apologies for the delayed response. Solgaleo, Zacian/Zazamenta and Lunala were all banned for balanced sake in order to keep the bosses as a challenge. These pokemons have stats, abilities and/or movesets that were deemed too good to be allowed against bosses. You could always make a suggestion with some arguments to see if there's a possibility to have these pokemons unbanned from bosses battles. Let me know if anything is unclear or if you require help with something else.

I'm having trouble understanding your exact question, are you asking if you need to encounter Groudon and Kyogre in order to obtain Jirachi ? If so the answer is yes, you do need to encounter those in order to catch Jirachi. You can see their location if they are not encountered already here. Let me know if you need more help or have any other concern.

  19. Hi there @ALEXANDRIAN. Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the pokedex only registers Meowstic evolution when it evolves into the male variant. This is due to current pokedex limitation, I'm afraid that you will have to evolve a meowstic into the male form in order to get he caught data and the evolution star.   20. Hi there @princekashyap. Apologies for the inconvenience. We are aware that the removal from the commands due to some changes with discord creates an unprecedented issue. We appreciate that players take the time to make threads like these in order to improve the game or its experience. Unfortunately as of known there is not a system in place to replace these commands. I would suggest to move forward to the suggestion sub-forum for threads like these since they are more suggestions rather than giving out support. Furthermore posting here might give it less attention compared to posting it in suggestions. There's already a few threads about it that you can support. This thread will be locked & marked as resolved since it does not fall under general support (Nothing we can really do to support further here).   21. Is there a possibility that you try with another device ? What if you use a VPN and then restart your browser, does the time changes ? Do keep in mind that we are volunteers and cannot respond immediately to every threads. You can bump your thread if you go unanswered for at least 24 hours.

The forum time should be tied to your device time, just tested it with my own device and the time was changed accordingly after re-starting my browser. Can you send a screenshot of your time on your device compared to the one shown on forum ? Looking forward to your answer.
