  9. By doing an unmerge you would lose the current progress that you completed today on your Aznonfire account. This also means every items, money or anything else that you've accumulated today. Are you alright with that ? Just want to specify that the Bouffalant mount you've bought would be restored.

I will forward the issue to a developer that will look into it as soon as possible. In the meantime please do not do anything with your account to be safe that nothing gets broken. The items are still in your mailbox, on the Bachiko account, and are inaccessible because you are simply missing the trade requirement to use the mailbox. The 4th badge of Kanto (Rainbow) is required to unlock the trade feature and the mailbox as well, since that's part of a trade. You will be able to get the items once you've obtained the badge. In order to obtain the Xmas Houndoom Mega mount, you'll need to have the Xmas Houndoom mount in your possession, just like the shiny counterpart since it's a different form. Hi there @XDzin My apologies for the inconvenience, the issue regarding Reborn wrongly displaying some cooldowns (And Showing multiple entries) is already known by our developers but there is not estimated time on whenever it might be fixed. The best way to get the accurate cooldowns right now is by using the cooldown checker, as you may know.   24. Hey there @Spaceballsludge Unfortunately account resets are not a service we offer anymore and nor do we see it being offered in the foreseeable future. However, you do have access to 4 accounts in total per person and 2 servers on which you can play. Since you have no data on the Silver server you could also use the transfer server function in the dashboard to swap your server's progress and play on Gold if you wanted to stay there. You can also play on Silver if you'd like. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns about the topic. Have a splendid day!
  25. Hi there @Starbryn My apologies for the inconvenience, welcome back to the game! As you might have realized, the Red, Blue and Yellow servers are no longer there and were replaced with the Gold and Silver ones. You will need to merge the data from your character from the blue server (that's where you used to play) using the dashboard and reset your password afterwards (you can also do it on the dashboard and keep the same one you had before). Do note that symbols and special characters in your password could cause an error prompt. The character you had on Silver will be the one you had on blue and if you'd like to start a new adventure you will always be able to use the Gold server.
